About Sound Spectrum Analyzer
Sound Spectrum Analyzer meters sound noise level (SPL - amplitude in decibels) and analyses sound frequency spectrum in real time (RTA) using FFT.
The analyzer is very easy to use and offers a lot of useful features: high RTA refreshing rate and frequency resolution, adjustable sound noise level amplitude scale (up to 150 decibels), RTA peak hold function, flat reference line, local peak frequency...
Sound meter can be recorded on 3 separate channels. User can later compare noise level (SPL - dB) and frequency response charts between the channels.
It also includes a signal (tone) generator, which helps us to meter the frequency response of a sound system.
Input/output can be adjusted to Internal, AUX or Bluetooth. However, all I/O options and combinations do not work on all devices.
Meter can be accurately calibrated for each frequency band separately.

Quite glitchy when I'm playing a frequency and listening on the graphs. I want to play a sweep ideally and listen to where the speakers crossover etc.

Its a very nice app but the Peak Hold and the RTA settings seem to always reset itself when I leave and come back to it although ads keep popng up during, the setting ops. that's all, other than that "I LIKE IT". THANKS !...

Used it in a live venue over the weekend. Works well for a two piece acoustic set. We'll have to see how it performs above the 100db threshold.

I wanted to take readings only for particular frequency band... I don't want other surrounding noises to disturb my readings... as my project readings are having very small frequency.. so is there any way to make it like band pass filter? Actally I didn't get the last part about calibrating microphone for each frequency band..

Checked this against a calibrated sound level meter and dBA reading of this app. approx. 7 dBA higher. 3 dBA higher is twice as loud. Only a toy or gimmick.
