PC Matic

What a Waste! I saw wonderful things on TV about the computer software, so I thought I'd inquire if there might be an Android cellphone app. YES! THERE IS! Long story short, there's no trial version, no warning or instruction that one must have an established PC Matic account! So, I loaded the app onto my phone with the presumption that this was a trial version of the product. I input my email address and a password. Both were rejected; tried again, rejected; tried once more; baseball rules and 3 strikes I am out! I also am out of any desire to try PC Matic any version, because it wasn't until I quit that I noted what should appear in the Introduction to this product appeared in USER REVIEWS section instead. (That annoys me!) What a waste of time and frankly, my interest in this product, after I noted that something so basic ... a cogent Product Intro blurb, which contained conspicuously placed, clearly stated advice, that an active PC Matic account is required to 'try' PC Matic - Android on one's phone ... not here! (Skim reviews instead is not 'user friendly', nor does it inspire good will or subsequent enthusiasm and curiosity about this product.

Before app lets you in, you are required to give e-mail and password, I NEVER give my password to apps or anything else for that matter. I use a fake password ALWAYS. Couldn't open app,.. so I deleted. Gonna look elsewhere.

I am being bombarded with every virus I know of please help

I have an Evergreen (lifetime) account and now have it installed on 2 computers and now my Android phone. It cleans out all threats. Well worth the money.

The app is great but, takes a long time to scan my phone about 20 minutes. Also when I run the scan I need to be present to turn my phone off. Because, the app keeps my phone's screen on and stays on until I exit the app. I will give a 5 star if it run faster or if it could run without the need to keep the phone screen on all the time.

I just want to create a account and the app won't even allow me to create an account with out paying for it first. I want to try it before buy I it. Norton's is crap but they allow you to try it.

A trial would be nice. I refuse to shell out that much cash to see if it is worth it.

Phone ran great for the first 2 weeks faster then it's ever ran before but then start having issues with apps and programs not sure if it was related to this install but it has never happened before. Did a hard reset and rebooted the phone will try again and see what happens now.

I used more than one email. I was told on each attempt that the username or password were incorrect.

Can't remember my password and it don't remember my email address can you help with this please

Signed up for a year protection. Took a few minutes to activate. Then worked perfectly.

Cant use my computer account? How do you do some of you use this?

Downloaded the app, opened it, an was immediately prompted to put in my email and password. The problem, it wont allow me to create a user name and password.
