MyAC, the latest app from Point of Care Decision Support, provides a brand new level of interaction in the anticoagulation field. Patients can now track their medications and dosages, as well as keeping up on upcoming appointments. Doctors update patient information on their end, and the updates will automatically push to the patient’s mobile device.
