Register a “My HKT” account and manage your NETVIGATOR, Now TV, 1O1O, csl, Fixed line / eye services with HKT Group and PCCW Group through a single login.
Main Features:
- View up to the last three bills
- Update your billing information
- Check your service plan details
- Test your line status
- Check your appointment details
- Update your registered contact info for our service(s)
- Look for the address and contact info of our shops and customer service centers
One login account will allow you to access both “My HKT” App and “My HKT” website (https://cs.hkt.com). If you have already got a login account for the website, please login to “My HKT” App using your existing Login ID and Password.
Internet access is required. User may be required to pay relevant charges for internet access.

This is my first app I have ever rated, and the only thing that has compelled me to write this review is my extreme loathing of this company and its equally bad app. It's nearly 2 in the morning and I'm still first in the queue for my live chat... seriously, the only reason I ended up using PCCW and HKT was that I had no other choice, they were the only company offering broadband coverage for the village I'm living in...

Most of the time it doesn't work, when it does its slow. And no, you cannot just not use it; it is the only way to pay the bills. If you are not already using any service from PCCW and you have any alternatives, stay away from them, this app alone justifies it.
