О проекте
Основываясь на собственном многолетнем опыте в производстве печатных плат, специалистами компании ООО «Резонит» был создан новый некоммерческий проект - PCB Inside, направленный на распространение в простой и доступной форме знаний и опыта в области разработки изделий электронной аппаратуры.

Информация, представленная в виде «технологии производства печатных плат в картинках», поможет Вам лучше разобраться, что такое печатные платы, а сам процесс производства станет понятным и увлекательным.

Проект PCB Inside ориентирован, прежде всего, на молодое поколение инженеров-конструкторов и разработчиков электронной аппаратуры (студентов и выпускников ВУЗов), но будет интересен и опытным инженерам.


Возможности мобильного приложения

Мобильное приложение PCB Inside позволяет погрузиться в виртуальную производственную среду - заглянуть в современный цех по изготовлению печатных плат, оснащенный новейшим высокотехнологичным оборудованием.

Весь сложный процесс производства печатных плат разделен на типовые технологические операции с пошаговыми иллюстрациями и подробным текстовым описанием. А также доступны фотографии и описание производственного оборудования, которое применяется ООО «Резонит» для осуществления каждой операции.

Доступные технологии производства:
односторонних печатных плат (ОПП),
односторонних печатных плат на металлическом основании (AL ОПП),
двусторонних печатных плат (ДПП),
многослойных печатных плат методом сквозной металлизации (МПП),
многослойных печатных плат методом попарного прессования,
двусторонних печатных плат на СВЧ-материалах (СВЧ-платы).


В скором времени проект будет дополнен технологиями изготовления нестандартных сложных печатных плат:
гибких печатных плат,
гибко-жестких печатных плат.

PCB Inside mobile app lets you immerse yourself in a virtual working environment - a glimpse into a modern plant for the manufacture of printed circuit boards equipped with the latest high-tech equipment.

Whole complicated process of PCB production is divided into standard manufacturing operations step by step illustrations and detailed text description. Also available photos and description of the manufacturing equipment used OOO "reasons" for the implementation of each operation.

sided printed circuit boards (PPOs)
sided PCB with metal base (AL OPP)
bilateral PCB (DPP),
multilayer printed circuit boards by through metallization (WFP),
multilayer printed circuit boards by pairwise pressing
bilateral PCB materials at microwave (MW-Card).


Soon will be completed by manufacturing technologies custom complex printed circuit boards:
flexible printed circuit boards,
flex-rigid printed circuit boards.
