this is a pretty cool app, especially if you are buying a house or just want to be aware of where floodplains are. since FEMA does not have digital floodplains across the country, there are some areas missing, but any location that has effective flood data is in the app - and it seems like the data is updated monthly (if you keep track of the FEMA NFHL releases and the data in the app). It's amazing how you can find so much information about flooding from one place. And it's free, even better!

I'm a property insurance field engineer. This is a great tool to check flood hazard porential when I am on a site. Add the 500 year flood layer and I will rate 5 stars.

Doesn't provide the map layers as advertised. It doesn't matter if not developers fault. He sold it as though it provided the data. Don't bother spending your money on this. I got taken but you don't have to.

It worked well in Illinois, but showed no coverage for Indiana. Probably a lack of Fema data, and not the app's fault.

Freezes all the time. Selective focus. Some areas OK. Others data missing .
