Nice and enjoyable App. But why do I need to verify my Bank Account severally....

Since I downloaded this app, it's been a whack. After signing up once I haven't been able to log in at all. I uninstalled many times to re-download but the story is the same even after several updates. A little help to make it useful will do.

To add small bank like micro credit

Its absolutely wonderful. Nice app!

Used to enjoy the app untill I updated to the latest version. The experience has been nightmarish. Keep getting "failed verification" whenever I tried using it. Contacted the customer care and was promised speedy resolution, yet the problem persisted.

Used to love the app because of the ease of linking an Access Bank Account to it and using it to send money. But now I've abandoned the app because in less than 6 months, the transfer charge was increased from #52 to #105. That is not pocket friendly for me because I make use of the app as a Mobile Money Agent.

Going to six weeks I've complained about this... I tried paying for my startimes subscription with my diamond bank card through the app, I was debited but didn't get the subscription. Called the customer care and they told me to call startimes. Called startimes and they said I should call diamond bank. Called diamondbank and they said they would send a message to access bank to refund my money. Now after six weeks I haven't heard from anyone, and my money is still hanging in the air. Please do something....

This app has refuse to log me in since last month. Please admin help me out hear. I created another one but can't link my account. Thanks to admin, the problem has been rectified within a short period. Keep the good work.

Wonderful Application and quite easy to use. Here is one thing I do not enjoy about the app You cannot actually take a screenshot (this is probably a security measure which I understand) but there are some transactions that I wish I could take screenshots of for the sake of evidence of payment or purchase. I wish this can be corrected in the next update where users are allowed to choose between activating or deactivating screenshot feature in application. I will give 5 star is this feature is available. Thanks Tobiloba.

I just downloaded this App and afterwards, realised I've wasted a whooping 23MB. It won't let me log in. Seriously, if this App worked, it would have been the best among the rest.

I can't log in....keeps saying check your Internet connection, went to the Web version keeps saying the same thing. Tried using both phone number and email still not useful. You guys need to step up.

This app is really stressful sometimes, I was asked to update my personal information details, cos I can't see my balance anymore, which I did. I deleted the app and installed another one the problem now is my security code, have tried putting my security code for verifying but all I get is failed to verifying security code, please try again. I can't access this app

I am trying to open an account, I have input my number and my Gmail account but, am not receiving any confirmation code

Wow! This app. Is the best banking app. So far, and I'm impressed by the attention given to me when I needed help...I don't think I can do any transaction without this app. Cos I'm used to it

Paywithcapture is all shades of amazing. Thoroughly enjoying the illimitable seamless transactions it offers me.

The app is completely useless since I can never login. Worst app ever.
