The developers are sleeping. I'm facing the same problem as others. The bill has long been paid and it shows correctly on the website. But this app shows it as due. I was shocked. People have been reporting this problem for two years now and the company doesn't seem to care. Disgusting.

This is a nonsense app. Useless app. It has only function of bill payment. Bescom will charge in addition. Better to use any wallet.

I am a first time user. Installed the app. Entered my account ID as in the bill and pressed 'Enter'. Next comes a message saying 'Enter' a valid account ID'! It is very annoying. I put the same account ID' in paytm and finished payment in a jiffy. I wish PayUmoney takes a note of this and solve the problem.

Worst. I made a bill payment, first it show successful. After it noticed me its failued, but i lost my money ...now i cant login it showing unauthorised ..

This app is useless for me, Because it doesn't accept the customer id with 7 digits for rural customer for registration, please enable for us.

This app is not at all user friendly.. We can not delete old billing details and does not let us see the current billing details ... It does not store our regular billing details... It is a total messed up application which does not even show what the app is ment for .. Payumoney has made a mess of the app

Monthly bill amount not updating correctly.

Not working

The app was working fine for 3 months. But not getting latest bill after that . being a software developer what I feel is the data may be getting from cache and not actual database. There may be problem with eviction policy of caching and bec of that many ppl are not able to get updated bills. Can you plz fix this issue and provide updates in coming versions so that it will be very helpful to use this app for future..

Due to some reason, best known to the developers, the app showed last month's bill. I paid it, nonetheless. After paying, the app refreshed and showed the current month's bill. I had no outstanding till date and now thanks to the app, I have to make a payment on the BESCOM site or other means. Just for this glitch, i wish i could give a negative 5! Are you listening developers??

It's not showing bill amount in time and its not update properly. main problem if we want pay more or less the money that type of option not there.

Saves a hell lot of time standing in queue n listening to ppl crib n complain abt the slowness of the operator .. Thanks a ton for this app.. One suggestion, please try and give us a bescom receipt look a like so we don't have to fear ...

It's been a pretty decent and good app, but past few days I m not able to select the options in net banking payment. Plz fix it.

While app description says that 50 rupees off. Instead of offer again you need to pay service tax and taxes for that. Such a foolish app. Don't pay through this app.

Plz don't download this app because I have already paid the amount in this app but again it's reflating as ur due balance is pending plz clear the amount after 2 days and there is no feed back option in this app also useless app and highly risk app

Even though I've installed latest version 3.0 on my phone, I'm not getting the₹50 discount as said. Can you also describe the terms and conditions for the offer.

There are lot of problems shared by people about this app my angry is why developer (PAYUMONEY) not responding. Please don't install an app is developer has not responded in review.

I m trying to make payment.. But getting only payment failure. Waste of time. No one replies here.. Govt is simply wasting money on this company who is building this app

I used this app for paying and nothing reflected in bescom site about my payment details... I used pay directly through bescom site... Knowingly I did a mistake using of this app

After the payment was successful n before getting the confirmation from Bescom end. Application crashed. Thanks to payumoney for reverting on the issue immediately

Can someone really look in this app. It recognizes account Id but doesn't display bill details

It proved that government services can't be upgraded at all.... They recommend to do it online but situation is like this(update?) ..... Bescom app sucks....

Though i paid all bills before due date, still arrears are shown. And now Bescom disconnected my power supply. Pathetic app and experience..

It was working fine for a month, but now its not working at all!!!!! its not showing the bill, Shows as current balance is Zerooo, I have got bill 628.00 due date 25th Aug15.

Nothing works perfect in this expect getting an message of an failed transaction.. I tried all the payment option like CC, DEBIT, NETBANKING .everything ended with error/blank page followed by a message with failed transaction Id....

Even after such negative comments given from few month ty r least bothered to upgrade. It deserves negative rating

For admin: learn to create an app and not just make it out of fun. This app is nothing but a kids home work that was published as an app.

Worked fine the first couple of months. However not getting updated since that. My bill amount is 0 and date shown is Nov while its Jan now.. Dont think its getting synched..Please fix..

From last two month my all three bill is showing 0 outstanding here . But original bill with outstanding of rs 1121 already come to my house . & even after almost 7-8 days bill generate its show " no pending bill are there" wastage of data & memory space

Asks for account I'd, did not work with RR No, consumer I'd , only one who created this knows probably... Did not find anything on Bescom website as well..

Syncing issue with bill amount. Example: if u couldn't pay previous month bill n u got bill for current month as well, then app amount will show only previous month bill amount rather than showing actual amount (previous + current month). Pls fix this issue

I paid my bescom bill amount of rs 1972/- through this application, I lost my whole amount there is no updation regarding my money 5 days back I paid the amount but I lost the money. Kindly please download this app and don't use this.

Made a payment. Said successful. Later got an unsuccessful notification. Amount is deducted now and running after paytm for reversal. Had to go to blore one center and make payment. Dont get order id or any reference for payment also. Transaction details

Installed this app in last month of June. By the time i had paid the corresponding bill, so i didn't mind for this app showing that already paid bill. But now it's already six days after my new bill has arrived but this app is not showing updated bill amount. How can i pay the bill properly? I am not going to use it at least until PayUMoney corrects the app.
