TSSPDCL Bill Payment

It shows casualness of the Govt in spending money to get apps for the state service providers, but it seems it never bothered for checking the app for full proof usefulness. Though I gave correct UNIQUE SERVICE NUMBER and in another attempt selected the DISTRICT and ERO and SERVICE NUMBER it always says PLEASE ENTER VALID SERVICE NUMBER WITH ERO. God only knows how much public money went as kick backs for adopting this app, but the Govt constantly boasts itself as Tech savvy.

Though we enter correct details like USC or service number along with area, still it shows error message . These people never change. Never ever use their knowledge while developing this app.

It is always saying that enter valid UScno. When even i am entering a correct number. I have paid last month bill with same app. Am very disappointed plz fix the bug

Leave about the payment , this app even fails to identify the consumer through sc number.How can we pay bills and keep silent? Very useless app. Developers, please test it before u release to public.Another funny thing is no response on consumers comments by the concerned.Appropriate rating shall be 0 if fixed by developers.

Initially this app has worked fine and I paid my bills for 5-6 times but now I'm facing serious issue like it is not detecting either my service number or Serial number. Please work about this issue and rectify it.

The one star is also because I wanted to give the feedback. Regardless of the details provided it's always showing to enter valid details. So much for the government who calls themselves tech savvy.

it used to work well before.but now no it doesnt.it doesnt fetch bill details at all no matter how many times u type.

Dear sir,         I am bill pay through by payzaap to southern power distribution of Telanagana. Consumer no  :  109389583 Amount          :  145/- Transaction status : success Transferred on    :  17/02/2016 Hdfc bank smart buy Ref  :  1455683167687707. Bill desk Ref no  :  REWSMART11090323. Bill pay is done but till now southern power distribution of Telanagana is till not done the bill. Kindly please clear this or send customer care number.

why do you publish apps without testing them . this app either doesn't open or if opened too doesn't login and then crashes. it's a waste of bandwidth.

Always says wrong service number even after entering correct details. Lowest quality app approved by illitrate and corrupt TSSPDCL employees. Request Power minister to take serious actions on corrupt staff by launching a transparent complaining app.

The application does not recognize the details.Asking for valid ERO and service number repeatedly. I am able to make payment online with same details but application does not work.It was working until last month

Though I enter correct details, the app is showing as incorrect details. Even though after receiving too many similar complaints not getting corrected by the app developers. It is very pathetic :(

After 5 months of successful payment through this app, it is now showing "something went wrong. Please enter correct USC or correct details". HAVE TO FIX THIS PROBLEM.

Don't know why they are so reckless. So many people have raised their concerne that the app is not working while retrieving the data from the server. They should have acted immediately.

First time it worked fine, but later it is not retrieving the bill details. Days invalid unique service number though I have a valid one.

Error is displayed asking for correct unique service number though I have entered correct number. Same with the service number. Forget about paying bills, i cannot retrieve the bill also.

I gave valid credentials in the app and it says Invalid. The same if i try in the browser its accepting. Not anticipated this poor service from Payumoney service provider

When I entered electricity connection number app says please enter correct number. If I enter my USC number app says something went wrong. What is the use of this app.

Cannot pay the bill as It won't accept the correct details

Eventhough i entered valued details, it shows error. Highly ridiculous

Used to work like a charm initially.May be our poor Government was npt even able to spend money on maintenance of this app.Always says INCORRECT USC error.
