I faced problem when i added money to my wallet but cant do the transaction because it always ask to enter the otp which will be sent to the phone number associated with payumoney account(the sim got misplaced) . I want to change my registered phone number. But there is no option for it. I am stuck and my money is even stuck. Kindly please help me.

Cheater payumoney guys pls don't believe in payumoney . For avoid money loss. Loss loss loss. I have already lost rs.550. Payumoney and screencellphone are both cheater make payment first . But not shipping my product. They have no customer care helpline for any contact. So don't waste your money ,time, and data. Keep avoid.

I think you don't want to compete with paytm Mobikwik or phonepe. Because your app has a very poor facility , very poor App UI. BAD Design. I have installed your app many times thinking that there may some new facility , design. But no results. Your app is in same very poor condition for a long time ago

Every time I try to use it for irctc app booking it doesn't work. I tried recharging sundirect. It's asking for card details instead of using wallet balance. I have a 300 RS sitting idle for almost a year. Really waste app

This app is useless. I am not able to pay even when i have money in my wallet. Whenever i try it always show zero balance into my account. And yes, not to forget customer service, they are the most lethargic people in business. I would suggest, if you can, stay away from this app.

Total waste. . . App an website too. It deserves no stars. Reported a query with transaction id. Cheated twice. Customer care doesn't know what to do. Never got reply after first mail on customer care. Never got call. Without solution they ask for review! BAD & WORST experience.

Guys Pls dont download this apps payumoney are partner with cheater merchant they call us and give us offers and said I will send pay u money payment link Pls pay by credit card with Emi facility one u have done payment no one give positive reply .i lost my 20k in just 5 min from credit card via payumoney link. And I was send mail to payumoney for refund they said Pls contact merchant .and merchant is not available or reachable All fake merchants are partner with payumoney. Worst payment wallet ever. My friend sent me 500 rs but i never received the same. They do not have any customer care helpline and they do not respond to complaints submitted via email. DO NOT USE THIS APP EVER.

1.With out giving the otp or not complete total process also this app payment gateway deducted money from account and it's showing failure transaction in app but from bank account the amount deducted. 2.i have some balance in payu wallet but not able to use.its not showing in the time of recharge Please do the needful so we can use our wallet balance and refund the deducted amount.

When I tried to sign up. I was surprised to see that my email address was already registered. In my memory i didn't ever download the app before and never did i registered my email. So how did it get registered. Then when i reset my password and logged in i came to know that my email address was being used by other person. Again to my surprise my friend had the same issue. Payumoney sucks at security features. I didn't expect this.

This is a fake app trying to steal money from people...remove this app immediately from Google play please. I made a payment using this stupid app to a food joint but they didn't receive an order.... Please don't download this app and remove this spam app from Google play

Worst Wallet app ever.Lost 900rs becoz of the sloppy service. Money never gets transferred into your bank account from your wallet. Even after adding beneficiary details correct. Worst customer service support. No fast solutions for our problems. Avoid this app at all costs

There is a balance which I have already put in the wallet even then if I try to pay my DTH it's asking from my bank most notorious money wallet. I want the entire cash back. I am not happy there lot of alternative options to use

Horrible app and never saw even one transaction happening other than loading cash. I have cash in payu money wallet and when I try to make payment, it shows insufficient balance. A shocker for me, when I saw comments on this. Shame, Google allows this app to exist on play store

My money Rupees 3000 failed to pay to seller once and I tried again so again Rupees 3000 failed to pay to seller so total Rupees 6000 I have lost and till date I did not get refund. I complained to PAYUMONEY and I got one call from PAYUMONEY it they asked if I am seller then they may help and after that no any call received from PAYUMONEY. This is froud company I think so as no one form PAYUMONEY called me. How to get my money refund back I donot known...

My bank account have debited by 2500 but PayUmoney Wallet have not been loaded. The customer service is very bad. They are not responding to my issue.

So many times my transactions were unsuccessful . My account was debited but not credited for the single time. Kindly refund my money back.

Cheaters....My money was successfully withdrawn from bank and its shown transaction failed...They never replyed to my emails And they have given me no Refund till now. So don't waste your money.

I really hate payumoney because I'm made a transaction of 1000rs with it.First it said transaction is completed and the money was deducted from my bank account.The next day they sent me an email saying that transaction was not completed and there was no refund. They don't even reply to your email. They don't remember have customer care no.Really had bad experience.

Very bad Experience 2 times ..TRANSACTION FAILED but Amount not REFUNDED SINCE 1 Week Also Not Giving Acknowledgement ABOUT TRANSACTION FAILED Or Success..Have To Update More Services.

Fuckoll app service, you can't send money to Banks, older plans of only data packs are showing up if you Recharge your mobile, only private service of electricity supplies has been showing. Over all So you can't do anything with your deposited money

Worst service. Customer care closes the query without replying resolving. No offers in offer section. No idea where U money can be used.

Very bad app to do any kind of recharge through the payumoney wallet, moreover the money in the wallet does not get transferred to the bank account easily, too much of a hectic process, almost taking a week to send the money back to the bank account. Very poor and bad user interface

When tried to load some money, it hanged repeatedly (I had loaded money into it last week once). So I re installed it. Now it's not taking my registered email id as username. When I try to reset password, it says "invalid user". If I try to sign up again with my email id, it says "already linked to your phone number.". So I cannot log in and I cannot reset password!

Money debited but didn't show as balance in the wallet.... Very unhappy and worst of all there is no helpline if anything goes wrong

I had made a bank transfer from wallet, money deducted from payumoney (successfully) but not credited into bank account even after for couple of days....

Had a very bad experience. I added some amount through credit card in payumoney wallet. I cant use added amount on any platform integrated with payumoney. Trasanction gets cancelled everytime. Don't use payumoney.

I liked the app but the thing is I transferred 3000 to payumoney wallet.... And then I needed that money the very next day but could not transfer it back to account as it said wait for 7 days... I request you to please change this system... We should be able to send money to bank whenever we want

there are limited facility and faced lots of difficulty to recharge or other transaction. i want my money back which i was load for Service but didn't get

Why is offers zone empty? Iam a merchant category member, selling Mobile Recharge Services. I get 0 offer from recharge!

Useless app...dont have options of Mobile Bill Payment or Recharge...doesn't cover much varieties of Billers...neither any option to add...Bank Transfers not possible from App...what's the use of such an App??????
