Togo's Tribe - Loyalty Rewards

Update: The app finally works so changed rating to 4 stars from 2. Would give it 5 stars if I didn't lose out on about 45-55 loyalty points while the app wasn't working. Original review: The only reason for me to have this app is for monetary rewards, but it doesn't work. I've eaten at Togo's 3 times since installing the app and not once have I been credited with anything. The employee takes the code, verifies my name, but I'm never credited with my purchase. Will give it 1 more try in a few weeks. Will change star rating if it works in the future.

Well this doesn't work at all. It claims I have a free birthday sandwich but I can't log in to order it. I can't log in through the app or on line. This is the most annoying app ever. Togos fix it or just get rid of the app all together because right now all you are doing is MAKING YOUR CUSTOMERS MAD AS HELL!

Little confusing. Must logo in at site and immediately get order time frame kind a tight. Can't do it from home then go. Some of the staff great help with app other staff not real knowledge and forget to give number to the cashier when ringing up.

The app was good for placing orders in advance on your phone. Then it stopped working. I placed several orders on the app over two weeks and they never reached the store. But I got a confirmation email. Useless. The tribe points don't work so don't expect to get rewards like it says either. Not all Togos stores participate. More useless.

Love Togo's since 1991. This app needs work. First the birthday only scrolls monthly starting in 2004. Just selected a random date. Next the restaurant list isn't alphabetical​ and the restaurant names aren't standard. I live in Sacramento CA, and I see shop names like SAC-xxxx. They need to fix the birthday thing, shop selection and have an email confirmation.

I really tried to make an account. You must select a favorite store. This is so stupid. I have no idea how to find my favorite amongst a few hundred.

Can't log in and when I try to reset it. Says fill in more spots and I fill in everything, still doesn't work..

Setup account and nowhere do they provide instructions on how to use. All these emails giving discounts and the online order doesn't accept the discount or even acknowledges the "Deal". Aka Useless

Awful! Not really an "app." Redirect to mobile web site. The two don't communicate. App says a free item is available but when placing online order it has no way to redeem.

App is garbage and is a third party to the actual chain stores. If you use this app to pay for an order and the store messed it up.... Get ready to wait 3 days for a refund.

Doesn't work...endless loop trying to find location, then order.

What a waste of time and effort.

Get discounts and free food. Better than most sandwich shops close by.

Can't use. To order you have to login, but if you forgot the password the link to reset is broken. Additionally, the store search using the map doesn't actually show locations. Finally, when I finally was able to place order the store never received it. I did confirm that I sent it to the correct store. Fortunately I chose pay in store so didn't lose money.

No idea how to use the rewards in the My Rewards tab. Staff hates it when you tell them you have the app. Bad idea with bad implementation.

Have to tell checkout person in restaurants to give you point credit for purchase. App doesn't keep track automatically when buying online. App is glitch and can't always order online through it

Does not work. The workers are annoyed by people who have the app.

Nothing shows when I click "order online." It used to send me to the online page, but then the app seems redundant.

Apps permissions were just fine. Now they want access to your contacts and media. Was nice Togo's, but now I will stop being a regular customer

Only the background of the order online section loads. No options, no words, nothing except wood panels.

When I try to order online, a blank screen comes up. Locations takes forever to load.

This app wants access to too much! Sorry Togo's, love your sandwiches but not your app.

Togos is some good eats and in someone else's words (always has been always will be!)

Works every time for me in Northern California togos.

App demanded my birthdate, phone number, and zip code to create an account, so I trashed it.

Your points expire after 60 days? No thanks.
