I asked two different waiters on the two occasions that I have gone about how to get points added. Neither visit has been added to my account. One waiter said that checking in does nothing. However they were able to accept one of my three free coupons that I had on the app but was told that I can't use them on the same visit. I'm confused.

The manager has to enter the check in information! I should be able to add my points after the meal with the receipt. What's the point of the check in if you jave to turn around and provide a phone number?

Cant add points to rewards card after visit even if you have the receipt. All other similar restaurant apps can.

Love the resturant and you get a free appetizer with the download. The app works fine. Not the best app but a good one nonetheless.

The app works great and does as it is supposed to. The staff at the restaurant is another story. If you follow the directions on the app, it says to tell the wait staff your code number when ordering. Then be sure when they give you the bill, they have entered your reward code. If they don't, make them. It is not the apps fault, it is lazy staff.
