Every time I go they tell me the points will be credited. They are not. Food was terrible last visit. Steak bites were tough, fries were undercooked and disgusting, burger was average. Way overpriced for what we got. And still no points. Won't be returning.

I have eaten at Mr. Mikes 3 times, spending well over $150 each time since getting the app and no rewards. I gave the server the number the app gives you and no rewards.?

This is a terrible app.

Only works about half the time. We have had a few times where my boyfriend and I split the bill, yet only one of the bills counted towards our points. That is even after the server said they selected the needed info for both our bills to get the points. Now last time we went they let us know their points system was down 'until further notice'. So, yet another time we have visited without points. We have gone to the location almost every Thursday for 2.5 years, so I was kind of stoked for a rewards system for regulars. Now, just frustrated that it doesn't actually give you what it promises.
