I went there for my first time this past week and the waitress seemed like she was overwhelmed and couldnt handle how many people she had. Then once our food came our an we were almost done she just brought out the checks. Not even asking if we wantes any desert and I actually had a thing for a free one so i did. Over all ill never be going back.

Free appetizer worked like a charm.

We spent $125.55 last night for Valentine's Day and only got 2 stamps!!! I thought I was suppose to get a stamp for every $15 I spend? So where's the rest of my stamps? The free appetizer where great but only a one time thing!

Now that they closed, not sure what use I have.

Great service awesome food i lean about the app afterwards. The server didn't mention it. the downside is that you can't add your previous receipts to it. I'm out of 117 points :

For some reason you went and closed the Toledo, Ohio location. One of our goto joints for lunch. This app is of no use to me anymore. Uninstalling.

I downloaded the app on Samsung galaxy note 3 and it made me register and all to shut down then say once tried to re opened item not found then identity invalid. ..

Thanks for the free appetizer. However, this app should have the menu. That would have gotten you the 5th star.

" I order me a Wood-Grilled Tri-Tip and it was "Slammin" so good....the $price is right for worth the big plate .lol

installed the app after registering online. app says I don't exist.

Not too bad for their first try at an app. Biggest problem seems to be lack of wait staff training. Glad to earn rewards and I'm sure this will only get better with time

Love everything about the app and the entire restaurant! Menu, food, prices, people, drinks, atmosphere! Everything!

I can't believe how much personal info these folks want just to have me use their app. And require me to opt into e-mail just to have me use their app? Me thinks not - defreakinlete.
