Denny's Diner Perks

Needs a BAR CODE for cashiers to SCAN!!!!! The QR CODE does not work for them at all!!!! Their system could not find my member number either!!!! Update this app ASAP!!!!! All current locations are in Nevada and there's no way to change your home state. Please fix this also!!!!

All I get is the locations and menu. I can see those when I get there. How do you get to the reviews so that I can rate the places that I eat at?

Great app but SUCKS cause all the place you have choices to select from are in Nevada. I live in Texas and there is a Denny's 2.5ish miles from me. Add Texas locations and I will download the app again.

did not list the dennys in my area. could not use. very disappointed

Only works at company-owned stores. Franchisees either do not have the scanners to read the app screen or do not take it.

This app sucks for several reasons you can't stack your Rewards expires after it turns to Dollar. As long as its points it does not expire but as soon as it turns your done. Denny's is trying to force you to come back and spend your $5 really. The app needs to allow you to keep accumulating points and then use points to make purchases when you want.

How can you feel good about releasing an app this terrible? It works, but the UI is awful.

I have been trying to reset password through Android app. Fill in my email address and app stops responding. Fill in my member number and app stops responding. Staff at local Dennys in Miami can't find my Perks membership, scanner doesn't work with coupon, etc. Ahh!

I can't reset my password because every time I put in my email address, username, or card number, the app stops. I have tried using the app several times. I finally uninstalled it. Fix these issues!!

Was on vacation and come to find out this app only works in that state

Your customers need the ability to manually enter their points because your staff either don't know how or mess it up or scanning equipment is out dated. Having someone scan the barcode on my phone is a problem for your staff.

It never can find my information and after many reloading the app it found me but not my credits or free items that I have been rewarded. Thank god for my old fashioned card. I still get my credits. This app doesn't work

App says that my information doesnt exist when I easily pull it up in the website. When you make an app, do several objective test runs.

Be wary. This app and program doesn't apply to all Denny's locations. I couldn't find a participant within a 100 mile radius of my location.

I keep putting in my email and it says it doesn't exist. I use that email at the restaurant every time I pay. Please fix issue.

I went to the dinner they offered me this card. They told me when you register on line you get a free breakfast. I got it went to claim it, there system didn't work ended up paying. Checked the app to redeem my breakfast now its gone. Waste of time.

Love the food and need a hostess. Friendly atmosphere. Never miss a morning.

The thing wants me to put a username and password everytime I do that it keeps saying I've done something wrong but it will not tell me what is wrong!!

Installed update now just says identity not found and gives me no options to input my info. Galaxy S5 Active android 4.4.4

Got rid of the short code. This honestly might stop me from dining with you. The short code was so simple and easy. Especially for my servers, they only had to enter 3 digits. Now theyre gonna have to enter my long number. And it was HARD ENOUGH for them to figure out how to enter the 3 digit number. I always had to show them how. If it was my choice. It is the POS system that needs to be updated. And specifically have short code entry area on the POS and of course, bring back short code.

DOESN'T WORK AT ALL

I installed the app while on the road and have tried to use it at three different Denny's none of which even show up as a location to check in at but shows me locations over 100mi away if I extend the search and now I am going to eat elsewhere just because of this app with the the old bait and switch guess it is only for 10% of the locations

I received an email from Denny's announcing the pilot project for this program in my area. It included a temporary number to use until I got my card., which I assumed would be mailed to me. I never got one. I tried to order one through the app but it said that my cell phone number had already been registered. There was no link in either the app or the program website to contact them. Really? A pilot program with no method of user feedback? I finally tried the restaurant comment form on their regular website. A woman called me and said that if I got a card from the restaurant I could call back and they could combine the accounts. The restaurant told me that I was supposed to bring in the temporary number to get the card. Why didn't either the original email or the woman on the phone tell me that? By the time I finally got a card, the 30-days for my free build-your-own slam had expired. You're supposed to check in at the Denny's with the app and get a code to give the server. Why can't I just give the card to the cashier? There doesn't really seem to be any reason to even have the card. I also haven't been to find anything that tells what I can actually get with the points,

I love Dennys but none of their apps work. Even in a recent road trip, it didn't work once. In fact it never has. Now just rely on sighting Denny's restaurants cause with this app we'd starve. As for the card, none of the staff in numerous states seem to know how it works, much less accept it. Useless.
