Hard to navigate. Cannot browse another category for takeout without exiting the order and selecting restaurant again.
Can never log in..doesnr go past the log in page
Love the mobile pay option. Don't have to wait for check and credit card processing.

There are bad apps and then there is this one. HORRIBLE UX from start to finish. Clunky interface. Poor use of colors to indicate actions. I'm signed in and had selected a favorite location yet app forces you to search for a restaurant when starting an order. Amateur hour through and through for this mobile web site wrapped in a mobile container. Lol.
Why do I have to sign in once I place an order online in the app? Why is the rewards number not already saved if I am ordering from the app? I shouldn't have to keep searching for a location when ordering. This app needs a major overhaul, it's not user friendly for rewards members placing an order via the app. VERY FRUSTRATING! It's easier to place an order by phone. Also, I should be able to see the rewards used, reflected in the price right away.
When this app first came out it worked pretty good. It's moving backwards at break neck speed. It lets me log in only when it feels like it and will not find the CPK I'm sitting in.
This app sucks for online ordering. Takes forever. Exits you out of the menu if you hit the back button, but forces you to hit the back button to navigate. Demands redundant information to order. Very dumb. I deleted it from my phone within 20 minutes of downloading it.
Don't understand why I have to sign in again to order take out when I'm already signed in to the app. Also, when I try to go back to the menu in the order screen, it goes back to the rewards app.
Tried several times to check in using the app with no success. Truly frustrating CPK needs to get it together.

Since this app has been upgraded, it does not allow me to check in anymore. Why is that?

The sign in feature is difficult to work. It only allows me to "check in" to another location that I am not at. The location tracker does recognize where I am physically at. Unfortunately there's no tutorial to guide you through this app. That would probably answer a lot of questions. Please fix. Otherwise, this app is useless.
Created a new member ID earlier this morning via the website - No problem. Received my card number - no problem. However, regardless of what I do I am unable to log in to this app using the same credentials which work fine on the website. I'm out - uninstalled.
Terrible interface. Nice pictures of the food, but it's extremely frustrating to navigate the menu.
You are better off eating someplace else rather than submitting yourself to.the torture of one of the worst apps I have ever used. CPK is better off with no app than one that irritates and alienates it's customers.
Dear CPK: try using your own app!! Then fix it! App can't tell nearest CPK. Need to improve add ons for different pizzas. Couldn't order what we wanted on our gf pizzas online. Please let the app remember the store entered. Kept having to reenter zip code to get back to order that was started earlier.
Just call the restaurant. This app makes you learn how navigate instead of clearly showing how to order and what to do. Pressing back button clears your whole order. It asks you for your information multiple times even though you provide it in the Sign Up section. It makes you login twice, and the 2nd login before you place your order looks completely different and tells you to login while actively being logged in and you being almost to the order confirmation page. Overall design is terrible and the experience has no flow to it. Like I said, just call them.
Terrible useless forced usernames, no user name or password recovery. Every update has gotten worse and more unusable than previous. Do they hore pros, doubt it as a child can do better. Latest update worse, locked into location I don't even visit. Too much useless garbage on screen. Nothing works. Fire your app designer
Why does it have pay by phone yet cannot. Is it lack of training or is app faster than the current restaurant computers programed to do. If the later, why make the app more advanced. If the 1st reason. Need to train better before putting the app out.
I love CPK and am a weekly regular, but the amount of bugs in the app drives me crazy. For the 3 instances I tried to check in using the 3-digit code, my points balance was never credited yet the history showed the code being redeemed. Points work perfectly fine when I just give waiters my phone number, but that totally ruins the convenience of the app. Sometimes, the app is literally just broken (back button, menu, etc.) and stuck in an infinite loading loop when only trying to check in. Waiters (other than my awesome usual) never ask for my pizza dough or ask it way too late, so I've never been able to try cool features like mobile payments. Although less minor than the rest, loading times are significantly slower and noticeable compared to most other mobile services. Because I love CPK so much, I'd be happy to help wherever I can, but this is going to require commitment from the company as a whole to make it really work, both from developing the product and training each restaurant to actively participate.
New version much better than the last as it has the ability to indicate quantity etc, but still need work. If you go into a section of the menu and select an item, it works fine. However, if you want to browse what's there and then back out, it makes you search for the restaurant location all over again, every time. Also if you get the username/password wrong the 1st time, it's impossible to correct as the screen gets covered by the keyboard and won't scroll up. Especially agitating since they changed it from email to username to log in. Also, then need to log in again to pay. Also doesn't let you apply rewards to pay for the order when paying via the app. Please invest a little time and effort to fix this app. It can't cost that much to do. ------- Old review follows... In addition to what previous people have written (have to login multiple times, have to specify location every time, can't use rewards, etc), when i try to enter billing info, the name field is limited to 14 characters and the credit card code is limited to 3 (although i have specified that it is an amex card). Also, when ordering, can't specify how many of an item you'd like, so need to specify the item twice, with all of the options.
Useless app as I can't even sign in. I signed up in restaurant and my account is active (I can view it online), but app says "no such guest registered" when I try to sign in. So for now I'll continue to give my server my phone number.
This phone app has so many bugs. I have made many phone orders from my phone and none are recorded in the order history nor did it apply my dough rewards. I hope this will be fixed.
The first time I used this it was awesome. I could sign up, find my nearest CPK, order online, save it as a favorite order, and pick it up less than 20 minutes later. Then I tried using it again... disaster. Here are the problems you will encounter if you use this app: * Does not save your "favorite" location, do you need to look up locations every time. * Cannot delete or edit your saved "favorite" orders. * If you select a saved favorite order, you cannot edit the order further. I tried this and all my edits were undone, without telling me. * Cannot spend rewards. You get a free small plate with sign up, but you can't actually opt to use it. Maybe this is for in-store dining only, but that's seem pretty awful if so. * Back button doesn't go back, it seems you to the start page. * No easy way to get back to your order if you wind up at the start page. Back button doesn't help so you need to enter your location again, select the store, and then you're back to your order. Insanely arcane. What works: * If you order every item manually (no favorites) and don't hit the back button and don't want to redeem any rewards, everything should work as expected.
Easy to use. Used to not be able to check in but seems bugs are fixed now. Pay by phone is good feature with tip already calculated and rewards info accessible
App is very slow and sluggish. Words overlap with anything other than standard font size. Barely usable.
Buggy, slow, and have to keep reentering the same data over and over. Navigation in the app is very poor. No way to locate based on GPS.
App doesn't allow me to log in or register or use forget password. So app is pointless from the start.
Signing up sucks. I had to manually go back 35 years to add my birthday. Come on now. Apps are supposed to be used friendly. That was bs
This is the absolute worst app out there! It is impossible to order, pay, and then pick up. Makes you log in twice and loses your info every time. Give up.
Pay by mobile worked the first time I tried it, it has never worked since.
