Captain D's VIP Rewards

I signed up on the website so that was easy as was changing my info via the app. The location section gave me the listings of 5 restaurants within 5 miles of my office. Not much to the app but would like a menu to see what to order for when I want to try something new.

I get signed up for the VIP Rewards or close to the end and it forces me to choose a favorite store however my stores near it on that list... Does your rewards not extend to Texas?

Stupid interface. Was going to sign up, but the calendar selection sucks. You have to scroll thru decades to get to my birthday. I'll be too old by then. Uninstalling. My grandson could Weir a much better app... as soon as I change his diaper.

This is like the worst app ever. None of the stores around u are participating so why have an app? U can't even look at the menu if u wanted to try sum different. You lost me captain. I'm sticking with Ronald.

Not listed in my area. For those people who are having trouble with selecting their birthday. Select the year in the top left corner it will then allow you to change the year for you DOB.

Great App... In fact it's the best app I've found in a very long time... That is if i ever want to travel over 100 miles to be able to use it! Didn't even find a location i could use it at till i pushed the 500Mile button. Uninstalling, and probably never going to eat there again after finding this worthless app that should either be updated to include all locations, or just simply removed from the app store. Congrats Captain... I'm abandoning Ship due to your apps incompetence. To think.. I use to eat there on my lunch breaks at least 3 if not 4 times a week, and now I'll be going to Long John Silvers, that's 10mins further than i had originally went for a taste of the Captains D... (pun intended after this app) Keep up the great work Captain! Your company is obviously going places. Bankrupt, and into extinction.. And it doesn't matter how many FAKE 5 star reviews YOUR company slaps on this APP... People will see through your obvious B.S. immediately after installing. Good Luck, and Good bye!

My birthday is Feb 22, 1951 I can't scroll back on the calender that far. Needs better options

Get with the locations

Just a terrible at. The calendar feature to select your birthday is God awful and it lists absolutely none of the Captain D's that are in the area.

It would not let me register because there are no participating stores within several hundred miles

Tried using at local captain d's and it did not work for me. Yall need to upgrade this if you expect people to use it. Sucks you cant get rewards for repeat customers. Rudeeeeeee

Stupid app can't even FIND the Captain D's location less than a MILE AWAY, and won't let me set my location any closer than 3000 MILES AWAY FROM HERE!!!

Asks for way to much information, then it asked me to chose a location, and mine isn't listed. Get real Captain D's, you don't need that much information just so I can download YOUR app. Make it easy, or a no go for me.

Does not allow me to register. I love Captain D's but I am very disappointed by the problems. Will you please fix the problems so that I can register ?

According to the app, there are only a few locations who accept this app, and unfortunately none of them are around me. Uninstalling!

This app is only offered in certain areas and states. Waste of time.
