This app sucks balls. Adding items to an order is impossible to figure out, you're lucky of you can back up the page and not lose items already in your cart. Substitution and fresh deal boxes do not pop up when those selections are made. This app is 100% not user friendly, as is the mobile site (which is exactly the same); you're better off pushing the full site on the Web page, because for some reason the full site behaves itself better on a smart phone than the mobile site does. Cal Tort is delicious, but the hassle of ordering is not worth - the food quality does not make up for the tech quality.

Awful. App isn't updating and they can't even type in the number at the register for my account. App and system both need major fixing.

Every time I try to register it tells me card is not matching the records. I just got my card 3 months ago, so I don't understand. I hope this is just a glitch and can be resolved soon

I had placed a previous order at a location near work. It had saved that location and I am now unable to order via the app at the location near my house

Same as the others. Can't change or update favorite location. Was able to order to the right location Not able to check in to the right location, in order to get my burito elito points

As I'm trying to enter my phone number, the app won't save my info. It insists that I must enter my birthday, which it already has and I can't enter.

Can't even open it to use it and when I try to retrieve by username email or card number it shuts down have a galaxy s7 edge please fix

I tried to create an account using an existing card number and the app constantly crashes

Worthless app doesn't even work

Problems with ordering on my android. I constantly have to change my password becuase it never recognized it. Can't change or update location and I could not check in. This is a total let down but hey atleast chipotles app works.

For some reason I can't select a favorite store. My name and date of birth get automatically filled in from login (and are un-editable), but when I try to pick a store it gives an error "date of birth required." The password reset also didn't work for me: I click the emailed reset link seconds after receiving the email, but the page it takes me to says "link expired after 15 minutes." At this point I'd rather just keep using my laptop for online ordering.

Only issue with the app that I found was that it wouldn't let me save my favorite location - the app said that my birthday was required, but my birthday was already pre-populated and greyed out.

The app says my card is already registered but I can't retrieve my password ( I didn't know I had one). I have no idea as to what my "favorite word" is as my clue. Please help as I really like these burritos.

California Tortilla has always been ahead of the curve, happy to see them finally put out an app!

Keep up the good work. I forgot my login ID and the app helped me recover it very easily.
