myBrio! Rewards

Apparently you have to eat there at least once a week in order to keep your perks or get some type of deal. Was due $10 off a meal on the app and when I went to use it at the restaurant it was gone. So I didn't go there for dinner that time and probably won't be back for a while because of this app.

I just went to Brio for happy hour for the first time, and it was delicious! I also got a $10 reward in my account! Not bad... Can't wait to go back!

This app doesn't work. Every time I tried to login, it wouldn't let me. It always told me I was entering in the wrong password, although I knew it was correct. Now it sends me my $10 birthday reward and I can't enter it in to use it. The worst app I've ever attempted to use!!!

Too slow

I visited 1st time today and will not let me click on my visit for "rewards" program they offer!?!?

This Brio app is useless on my cell phone. It won't allow to add visit credits to be added nor get a visit code.

Can't click on any of my rewards. Useless

Has button to expand rewards but doesn't work. Got to go to web site to see when rewards expire. Also no "contact us" button.

I have available a coupon but for some reason it doesnt open, is always the same. Is useless!!!!

I am uninstalling this app. Did not recognize me had to register again. Not user friendly!

App continues to try to load but never successful. Even rebooted phone.

I don't like any app that sends me repeated push notifications with no ability to turn it off! Update with controls for push notifications and I would keep it.

When the app opens, it says "Identity not found" and won't do anything else.

So, I still have yet to figure out how to add a visit credit from my dinner using this app. Why can't I just put the number that's on my receipt into the app somewhere? Probably couldn't make this app more confusing if you tried.

I can't get past trying to sign up for this app. It will not tell me how many characters I need for a password so I kept on deleting it and adding more just to find out when I got to 7, then 8, then 9 character passwords it still wouldn't accept any of my passwords and wouldn't tell me how long I had to make one that would be acceptable. So I finally just uninstalled this out of frustration. I think they need a little work on this app

Tried putting in my info says I don't exist. I'm looking right at my info online! My card was registered so not sure how I can get this nonsense to work.

It only shows your offers and brio locations. You still need your card to have them scan it for visits. Worthless app. Uninstalled after writing this!

app layout is blah, needs a makeover. should be able to "favorite" a restaurant instead of a 10-mile filter to look it up. a rewards history would be nice, and future rewards posting would definitely have me looking at this app often. today, july 30, is half off lasagna day - didn't see that mentioned on the app. where's the happy hours shout-out!?

It only has your Brio Rewards Balace and a restaurant locater with the ability to check in at the restaurant. That is all this app consists of. Basically it is worthless.

Had trouble registering my card and the app stopped responding. Not ready for users yet. Please test before releasing.

App locks up every time on login screen on Samsung Galaxy S III/Android 4.1.1. I love the food but the online and mobile applications are cumbersome or don't work at all.
