BigFoot Java Rewards

I forgot my username and there's no way to retrieve it. The only way for me to know how many points I have now is to go to the stand and ask one of the ladies to tell me. Oh well though, I guess I'll just be surprised with a free coffee one day.

I am a regular and just came across this app!

Doesn't work well. Freezes a lot. No ability to replace the card, so point tracking is the only thing it really does.

So I lost my card that was setup years ago and can't remember phone number so I check in and it says short card # xxc I tell them at local stand and they say what is that ...how do we use that ...

I've been doing just fine with the app. Not sure why others are having difficulties.

I never even bother checking in anymore, since it never allows me to do so through the app, I ask the gals working to check me in using my phone number. Love the coffe, love the service, but the app needs a makeover

Forgot your password?? TOO BAD!! You will need to call or email corporate, to get anywhere...no password recovery option. Don't know your login name...TOO BAD!! Call or email... I have seen better apps from far worse companies...someone over there needs to get of the schneid, and "Fix This Mess!!"

The last couple times I have come here I told the girls I checked in and she said ok! Well I checked my points and this is the 2nd time they ripped me off for points. So the previous time I came thru I had 4 drinks one being a child's drink which I know you don't get points for and once again I told the girl I checked in and she said ok! So I have been ripped off for 4 points now. And with how spendy the drinks are they should give me my freakin points. I don't like this crap. Why can't they be paper cards?

What is the point of having clickable down arrows??? Oh, that's right. There really isn't one, is there??

The girls are SUPER SLOW. THE LAST FEW TIMES I CAME TO THE ONE AFTER THE KENT/DESMOINES EXIT OFF OF I-5 MILITARY ROAD. I HAVE WAITED 25 MIN AND I WAS THE SECOND CAR BACK!! NO EXCUSE FOR HOW SLOW THEY ARE. THEY AREN'T MAKING DINNERS. ITS A DRINK! I SHOULDN'T SPEND MORE THEN 7 MIN IN THE DRIVE THRU... PERIOD!!!!! BIG FOOT NEEDS TO START TRAINING THESE GIRLS TO PERFORM BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY TOTALLY LOST MY BUSINESS AFTER 3 TIMES I'VE WAITED SO LONG. ONCE I CAN UNDERSTAND. 2ND TIME OK. 3RD TIME IS AWFUL

Only recently started having issues with it. It'll freeze up at login and a few minutes after I close the app it'll pop open on its own.

I got a new cell dont remember my user name and i cant add my account to my cell i hate that theres nowhere to ask questions or if u forgot the user name button

Love the coffee at big foot but the app is NOT user friendly, intuitive, or even helpful. There is a big difference in IOS app and Android version. Hopefully developers make timely improvements. They should check put Dutch Brothers app, that's awesome!!

Won't let me add card to track how many points I have. Doesn't have a help or send email to get reset login. Love the coffee hate the app.

I love the Bigfoot java in Shelton,wa. The ladies are awesome, and the blended Sasquatch tracks is the best, But the app is driving me crazy. I liked it better before it updated. It constantly freezes and won't let me check my points.

app isnt anything special. Besides just tracking you points. Doesnt let earn free stuff like it says. Or doesnt work. I love Big Foot Java, and the girls know what i want when i pull up. They are awesome on West Valley

This app wouldn't let me add a card I've been using so all of the points I raked up I can't use. This sucks

When it works (rarely) it doesn't give any indication that a click actually does anything. It's slow, not user friendly, and looks cheaply made.
