It's a trap!!! With lot of money in the wallet, my app stopped working. Call center phone numbers redirected me to email and there is no useful response to my emails. If I move my money out of paytm, they charge 4%!!!

Paytm is cheater and fraud company. Please dont use it. I already mailed you but didn't find results You kept my money 4190 against my electricity bill payment. It was last day. Now u saying we will look after and it will take few days. What the hell this is. Where should I get more money. I paid it through my savings bank account. And the cheap part is you people don't even confirmed me, you replied only after my few mails. Really fraud and cheap work you doing You making fool to us

Pathetic experience. I opted for wallet upgrade. First of all they took 10 days to reach me . Asking address several times . When they came and i gave the documents now saying it will take 20 days to be upgraded. I was badly needed in a day or too to be upgraded but this ridiculous service made me to hate it. Mobikwik is much more better as everything was online and upgradation took just 5 days..i am never ever going to use paytm at all

I didn't find any use of it . even there is a wallet page in paytm .. And we can do the things which we r doing with paytm wallet in the paytm it self ... What's the use of it

Few banks are not listed in the bank details list, whereas the bank is registered on IMPS and accepts instant transfers. In fact other wallet services like mobikwik and oxigen do transfer to that but not listed in paytm banks list. I even wrote it to customer care to update the bank list and include it, eventually got no response and lastly I had shift on other wallet for bank transfer facility

Fantastic. Mobikwik may be good for recharge. But worst in transfer. You peoples make me forget what is Free charge. It makes my work easy with cooperation

Each And Everything Is Fake, I have got a limit of 10,000 and its showing I have used 31,000 my highest amount of transaction which I have made is 2500 and its showing 1145..it's very unfair you guys are misusing our wallets we can't trust you people

Why d app date s still one day behind? Developer replied he didnt understand my questn. Strange. Everybdy check thr app dates. D app s wrking fine in real time, but the current date it is showing is 3rd June. I hope my questn s clear now.

I use this wallet a lot but disappointed that paytm has not added even a basic security feature like passcode lock. What if somebody has access to my phone and they can transfer the money out? 3 stars just because of no security.

i send money my friend 5000 . but it's pending. not credit my friend account . and my account cut 5000 money. & customer service not responding

Pathetic customer support.. If any transaction doesn't go through you are left on your own. Only way to communicate with any transaction us via email and people respond with their convenience.. PayTM has resorted to looting money from people to cover their lose... PayTM Shut shop if you can't fulfill tall promise you make on website...disgusting and mark this as your downfall if this is how you are going to do business..

I liked the speed of money getting transferred, only thing I don't like is 4% charge which I have to pay :( but overall it's good.... Try to lower the fees please Now i got the resolution but i will only remove one more star because my experience with customer service is very bad I was paying my gold loan thru credit card to manapuram finance but today when i tried to pay they removed the credit card options And moreover i was not aware about 25k bank transfer limit otherwise i would not deposit 60k by credit card to get the money on bank I am taking payment by credit card on daily basis i do not wish to have credit card machine but i love online merchant service, let me know if u have this. And customer service is not reliable they will not contact for a month and we have email email and email they is no customer service number to talk with.. Very useful for general person and also use as merchant best service in my experience I used other wallet also but this much fast and easy issue solving if any problem. Even small business like kirana store vegetable , buddy store any service oriented shop business it is very best recommend to collect money . Thanking you PAYTM.

DO NOT TRUST PAYTM, THEY ARE THE WORST. THOUGH THEIR OFFERS MIGHT BE GOOD! THEY HAVE INTEGRATED WITH EVERY SITE AND APP POSSIBLE. THOUGH THIS IS A CONVENIENCE. THEIR REFUNDS SECTION IS BULLSHIT!!! I had the worst recharge experience possible. First recharge took more than 25 mins to complete. It was stuck on the payment page and paytm then later took it as successful and deducted amount. I then did the second recharge as I thought the first recharge was successful. Now I have two monthly exhausting recharges. One of them will 100% go waste as I cannot use that money within the month. Paytm wrote me a letter saying we have no control over such recharge. Astonished to see this behavior.

Have not installed this app for a long time after reading negative reviews, but I installed unfortunate day to check reality and I realised reviews are right... money from my account got debited without my action or authorization. .. I casually looked at the transactions and I came to know else I will not have known that I lost money. After complaining I get casual responses that I might hv done the transaction. .. I don't even have an account with food panda but money debited.. beware guys....

I had recharged my airtel postpaid mobile bill for rRs 1500 on 2 February the recharge was unsuccessful in and amount was withdrawn from my account. I had requested you to return my money to my bank account

I have tried transferring money from wallet to my ICICI account, transfer is showing successful, but till date I have not received amount in my bank account. I have logged many complaints via tickets and also shared my account statements as asked but no refund or credit received till date. Even you people did not call me or you even do not provide any direct number to talk. Bad bad service. I am going to uninstall this app if no solution is provided... Will ask all my relatives n friends to do so.

When a company is handing finance of some one else I think it should have a mandatory call center whom we can call n tall to representative. Response time is too slow.
