The most pathetic company to sell your products, never sell your products on this company, sold just 4 orders on paytm, and everytime there was bad coordination of package pickup (all 4 times) and moreover they lie and says that we did not hanover the package, i feel pitty on paytm company what kind of staff they have in their company who is full filling their egos and enjoying the authorities and misusing them..

I have registered on this app as seller today and they are still asking for VAT/TIN number. In India GST number is important now from 01.07.2017. Please update your app as per Government of India directive to use GST number.

Don't know why Government of India not taking any action against these type of companies. .. The working culture the seller support system without any helpline number.. We are doing business with a unknown identity recently they update there PAN number. .. Before that how do they do business. ..frequently no pickup by courier partners.. Courier companies said that they didn't get intimations from paytm

Paytm seller is a superb app, through this platform I suppose to make an extension for my business scale. But as I came to know from few of my friends who are partners here on paytm. Return policy is very worst, even quality check is vere improper. Before return products is to be picked up that should be checked properly according to images on order ID and quality check should be according to smarter. Should be in front of camera as I used to do.

The problem is from registration onwards they changing terms. In first time except financial information all documents are verified!!! In financial information they ask Bank declaration letter after provided, I don't know business information and financial information both are rejected. I trying to call them but can't, sending main to them for call me but they didn't call, I don't why this app needs new registration. Kindly I am requesting paytm to please hide the registration link in your app otherwise give the best service to new members. Waste waste waste waste...... So much irritating from registration time as well as time to time process.... So better move some other service providers.....
