When I was so excited to get the device. Only to find out the Bluetooth does not work as I need to enter pin on my phone and the Teleza device. The device does not have have a place to enter number.

Every time it's show a massage " The device you selected is not a Teleza, please select other device." Need solution. Massage come when I go to the setting and try to Paired.
