I originally gave this app 2 stars because it would not notify via text or email. I re-installed both Life Reminder and my Gmail app. Now it works as it was described. It's a handy app to have and pretty easy to use. Make sure SEND WITHOUT NOTIFICATION is checked for email. I contacted the author- David Payne and he responded three times in a for hour period. Impressive.

This app has helped me get my daily routine items in order. I tried to follow paper lists and other electronic lists, but the fact that these show up at certain times helps a lot, then I see it as a challenge to empty my "alerts" from my tablet. I would love to see some color options for the yellow check box that shows up next to the items so I could have a better category indicator.

Please, Please (!!) return to the bright yellow icon, or at least allow a choice of colour/style in 'settings'. Why did it change? Surely it wasn't necessary?

This was my perfect reminder app for a long time. But after I wiped my phone and installed the latest version, custom vibration stopped working. I don't like ring tones and the standard vibration is very brief so I often miss it. The developer looked into it and was unable to duplicate the problem, so unfortunately, I had to find a different reminder app.

Have bought this particular app for a reason that it has hourly reminders, which are important for me. But I see that the repeated reminders are suck once a scheduled reminder is missed. What we really mean is once a reminders is missed the next reminders doesn't pop up saying overdue. Can you please look into fixing this.

I regret paying for this stupid app.. I only have a widget to add on the screen this app never ever reminded me of anything that i have asked it to do.

Waste of money! Reminders didn't even show up. Effing unreliable. Would've been better to stick with my phone alarm!!

App is very useful for daily reminders, sending a message or email at a later and more appropriate time, and even to make a scheduled phone call on time. I paid for the full version and use it daily. (Note: Haven't tried sync or backup, so can't speak for those features as I haven't needed them yet). -- Recommend for daily use to keep up with all those little things you don't want to forget.

This has been my favourite app for years now. I couldn't live without it. My life is ran off this app. I always had it free, but recently paid the $3.98 to get rid of the ads. To tell you the truth, I'd have paid a lot more for this program. It's so bloody useful, I can't speak enough on how much I love this app.

Simple function is a must. Any future updates that make it complicated could create dislike. A little bit on design, simple font of logotype like the previous version looks better than the current cosmetic-likedd one.

I've used Life Reminders (free) for a while. I wanted to use the email function so I paid for the donated version. I had trouble getting my email authenticated because of 2-step authentication, so I emailed them and David responded within minutes. Thank you!

Currently there's an option to 'Play notification sound (even in mute mode). But what about vibrate mode in which my phone is most of the time? It only vibrates and pops up once. And if phone is not on my hand at the time, I end up missing the reminder. =/ So far the app is good only if used in general mode or mute mode.

First to go in a new or replacement phone. As a mom of SNK who struggles w/time management, this is my go to! Apts, medications, homework, calls,emails it does it all!

Please add a option to automatically backup to Dropbox. I know I can do it manually but it would be wonderful If you could make it automatically upload daily to Dropbox.

Utterly brilliant app!! How did I organise my life before I discovered Life Reminders...I've no idea. Use it just about every day, and find the sleep function handy for when you're just not quite ready to carry out the task right now. As someone mentioned...it might look "busy" on-screen initially, but you very quickly find everything is intuitively in the right place after a very short time. Highly recommended for everyone....not just the forgetful. Thanks for a well planned app.

Best app of its kind that I have found so far. Widget doesn't obey system date format and shows US style mm/dd/yyyy rather than dd/mm/yyyy as set as system default

I bought this months ago and I still have ads on the app and I cannot use the widget. All other pay features are unlocked as far as I can tell but ads still pop up every time.

I used the free version for awhile and really liked it. Just got around to the paid version. Save yourself time and buy it. Great app. It has everything you need and none of the extraneous crap you don't. I use it for just about everything. Wish all apps where this sensible. Thanks.

More than a year ago I asked this app team to add transparent background support for widget and they responded they'll consider it...long long time passed still we should add ugly black/white background widgets to our beautiful home screen!

I know there are a lot of Todo applications out there and I personally tried a lot of them but this one is really my favourite. The interfaces are easy to use and they recently done a major upgrade in term of slick UI. There is not a lot of things that I want from a Todo application; I want to be able to add new task very fast, I want to be able to add recurrent tasks, I want to see tasks with a nice grouping and I want to easily manage out to date tasks. This application wonderfully do all these things.

I was happy with this purchase.... over a year ago, and it hasn't changed a smidgen over that time. You guys should be ashamed charging people 5 dollars for an app that is esssentially dead and EXTREMELYdated. If there happens to be some miracle update, I will re-think my rating.

Best app I've found. I've deleted all the other daily reminder apps that are so confusing I would just give up. Then I found Life Reminders and I love it. Weather you use the standard version or upgrade I promise you that this will downer be the app you use and you to will delete any other crazy, ad filled apps you have. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THIS APP!!!

Please give these thing a modest UI. The functionality is great. The UI is outdated. Please update the look for 5 stars.

This app does exactly what I need. I have used this app so frequently, many of my coworkers have decided to install the app based upon it benefitting all of us.

I have many repeating reminders throughout the day, week, month and year that I did not want to obscure my view of my calendar's agenda for the day. So I put my boring, repetitive events in this nice little app and my calendar shows a clean view all of the day's activities sans detritus. The coder has done very nice job. Toss a few bucks his way!

I live in Arizona and we do not observe daylight savings. This app obviously does and all my reminders are now an hour off. Why is there no option for this?

- I like your app and paid for it. However I don't like being asked for my email password just in order to make the "reminder by email" to work. So I do not use this feature . - - Thank you for your customers support. I have changed my rating to 5*

Tried almost all but this app only covers almost all areas THUMS UP.. Few suggestions: 1- While using 4×4 widget u cant identify reminder type whether its a call or msg or others, its icon should be added on widget face. 2- Category is not included & there is a room for it below description of reminders 3- Widget only shows top few reminders, scrolling down on widget can also help user to go throw whole list. For all these 3 you have to open the app & its annoying. Keep up the good work.

This reminder app sets notifications, sms, calls and mail events. Using the "+" key creates new notifications. You can include pre-alert notifiers from minutes to weeks before the actual event . You can also set sleep reminders for those same lengths which helps me make appointment adjustments on the fly. The interface has lots of presets for setting times and dates. You can also customize lots of things. My favorite feature is the main screen that lists Today,Tomorrow,This Week and Later reminders. Right n
