When comes to paying bills ok siya. They have this new card atm card/beep card. I gave 4 stars dahil di ganun ka dali mag pa load. I hope they add more stores or shops so that loading is easy.

Paymaya, I lost my 1600 refund from something that I purchased. My paypal account only have paymaya connect ed to it, my paypal is zero balance which means the money will be deducted in my paymaya, yes it's in the activity of my paymaya. When the refund happened, I can see in the activity of my paypal that I received my 30 dollars but it did not go straight to my paymaya account, my paypal is still zero balance but there is an activity in my paypal tjat I received my refund. Where did my money go???

Upgrade Issue: They must publish their unoccupied slot in real-time so we can choose where to reserve our slot.. I keep giving preferred dates for interview and end up already occupied.. waste of time.

what a useless app. nagkandarapa pa ako dati na makapag register sa inyo para makapag send ng pera sa smart padala tapos after a month ng registration ko, wala na. binlock daw nyo daw (paymaya) ang send money sa smart money users.

Bills payment doesn't work. Poor customer service as well, I emailed them to ask for help about paying my bills, although they replied twice, but my concern was not addressed because their support kept on telling me the same thing.

It's so easy to add funds but I had an issue when buying load using paymaya. I still haven't received any load as of the moment, its been an hour waiting for it to come. Hopefully this issue can be resolved.

Hello paymaya, What happened I cant load Gosurf99 in the shop section? What happened? It always say "Purchased Error, Please check your internet connection and try again" Ichecked my connections nothings wrong!!! Fix it

Great app for my online transactions, and haven't encountered any issueas as of now. For the devs, I do suggest adding a filter for the transactions for easier navigation. I'll give 5 stars if that happens. :)

The service is really nice. The registration process is a breeze as well. However, the UI needs to be tweaked a bit to become more friendly to users. Upon finishing data input, it would be nice if you would implement a big "Proceed" or "Next" button at the bottom instead of putting a next symbol at the top. Also, in the PayMaya Visa activation form, there is no label indicates that the user should input the expiry date of the card. Besides that, the app is well written and quite pleasing to the eyes. Great!

I can't copy-paste my 20+ character alphanumeric login password from my password manager on KitKat. I mean, come on, seriously? Please fix it.

Easy to use and convenient especially for those who do not want to avail credit cards but want to buy online etc. The only problem I see is that tho there are many 7eleven with cliq kiosks, many if them are 'offline', but I guess that isn't much of paymaya's fault so I give this 5 stars :)

Bakit card number lang ang nakikita sa Paymaya App? Paki ayos naman po. I think naka zoomed yung card display kaya di makita yung ibang details.

Been using this app for years and not even one transaction failed. It is good for paying online. Giving two thumbs up to the devs. Though I gave only 4 stars because I want this app to have fingerprint authentication since most of the phones have this function, and more options to load credit since the most 7-11 kiosks I visit is offline. Gonna give 5 stars when fingerprint authentication will be present.

I cant access the menu in messenger. Help please. If I dont receive any reply within 24 hours, then I have to uninstall it.

Is the loading feature only valid for smart and globe networks?(I'm using sun and I can't load it with this app) Will you make this happen, after all it's a great app and also efficient.

Poor customer service. I have very important concern and tried to email customer service but they dont any reply. They just ignored it.

Loaded via umobile app. Money was debited from my bank account but did not reflect on my paymaya account. Called bank they said payment pushed through, called paymaya they said they cant see any transaction. Did I just lose 7k? . ....update: it's been 3 days money still hasn't reflected on my account. Meanwhile im incurring charges calling customer service daily though they dont really have answers as to what happened. Even if this is not a scam (im inclined to think it is) at this point I can say its not worth using and it's highly inconvinient.....update: finally decided to call my bank again and ask for a reversal of charges which they did (have to wait 3-5 banking days again) so time to uninstall this silly little app calling itself the future of payment. Use at your own risk I read other comments and alot of people complaining not getting what they loaded.

Sana po may regular load na 20 30 50 sa globe. Lagyan niyo po sana. para naman di paisa isa yung pag load kapag regular 10 lng nasa paymaya

Great handy app for online money transactions. Please include an option for finger print login just like PayPal for easy access as well as FREE cash-in money transfer from PayPal account. Also, would appreciate if prepaid loading is available for roaming sim for OFWs.Thanks!

App is simple and easy to navigate. Transactions are not shown in history yet. Have one day delay at least. But transferring and paying are real time.

Its easy to used. But now i don't use it much because I can't send money to smart Padala. That's the purpose why I bought paymaya to send money.

I can't even upgrade for free. This sucks. It keeps on telling me I need to check my internet connection. Dude, how do you think I logged in if I don't have a connection?? It makes me regret buying the damned physical card.

Hey where is the HOME CREDIT?! I load 1200 to pay my HOME CREDIT then i updated my paymaya and its GONE?! its almost dew date of my payment and i need to send the money?!

Why cant i send money to a smart money number. I dont see the option to send to smart money. I only have the option to send to paymaya.

Well this app is great i am continuesly using it for about a year now and the features of the PayMaya App serve me well for my online and local payment needs. Cheers!
