To use Paylocity Mobile, your company must be a Paylocity customer and you must be an authorized user with Paylocity credentials. Company Code, User Name and Password are required to access the application. Security Role Rights and specific access to the Paylocity Mobile application may vary from company to company.
What can employees do in the app?
- Edit your personal info, search the company Directory, or view current and historical Pay info on-the-go
- Punch in and out from anywhere in the field or from designated areas with geo-fencing support and historical map views
- Access Company Links and acknowledge documents
- Stay current on Company News and announcements
- Recognize employee achievements with Impressions
- Review Schedules and Timesheets
- Receive push notifications when Time Off requests have been approved or checks are available to view
- Plus, first-time users see a series of welcome screens to highlight key features
What can managers do in the app?
- Review Schedule changes
- Approve Timesheets Time Off requests instantly
- Submit, view, and approve Time Off requests with real-time push notifications
- View and approve Impressions badges for direct reports
- Review and approve Time Cards
Security features:
- All activities performed will be encrypted and routed safely to secure Paylocity servers.
- Sessions will time out if inactive to prevent unauthorized access
- Excessive failed login attempts will lock a user account
- Paylocity Mobile will not use or transmit any sensitive personal data

Not sure if it's the app or the company but I don't get my pay stub till after my paycheck hits the bank. I was told by HR at this company that it should be available the day before. Either way it's pretty annoying.

In my last review I asked for a display of hours worked (thanks for the Timesheet). Now, most companies go on a Monday to Sunday work week. Can you please put in an option to change the standard Sunday through Saturday work week in the app?

Okay... Thank you for fingerprint security. Note please fix fingerprint security. Can't tell you how many times I get Invalid Token even after troubleshooting!!! Update: Seems to be less inside token errors so thank you if you did fix it, I didn't see that listed in the change notes. Please add the feature for us to be able to approve timesheets on the app. That would be fantastic as most of the time when it's time to approve my timesheet, the website is experiencing problems.

I hate the way that you have to enter the start, end time etc on timesheet. You have to tap up or down arrow to get to say 30 minutes, u have to tap that arrow 29 times! Why not have keyboard pop up like in previous version. Hate it!

Sure, it works. The company doesn't use all the features, but it does what it's supposed to do. I'm old school though, would still prefer the cardboard time card.

Become irritated when I cannot correct my time without it showing an error code that can't be corrected unlike the old version, I have to now completely delete my time and try again. It has also changed my time after I submitted it and I've been called into office several times to be questioned why I have a 1 a.m. to 3 a.m. when I submitted a 7:05 to 9 a.m.

It's not terrible, for my limited uses it seems to be adequate. The fingerprint security is a joke, works maybe once in five times I try it. Wall to wall "invalid token" errors. But overall not awful.

If I am clocked in the clocked in option should be unavailable!!! I end up clocking in twice then I'm unable to fix it in the app or on a desktop. Then I have to go through multiple people to have it fixed. Please add a feature...when clocked in it disables the clock in option to prevent double clock in.

Love how easy it is to manage PTO. As a manager, makes it super easy to approve on the go. Push notifications prevent me from missing emails.

It'll let you clock in, review/change your info, and see your paystub, but it won't let you see your timesheet....

Since I can no longer view my pay stubs on my phone, and the overall clunkiness of the app, i had to edit my review to 1☆. I use this app because I HAVE to. =/
