PAYFARE for Android
I cannot open it on my phone. It crashes every single time on my Galaxy S6.

The company forces you to have as many transaction fees as possible by limiting the daily amounts for e-transfers. Basically you don't have full access to your funds...there's always limitations on anything you try to do. For example you won't be able to e-transfer more than $1000 per day. For me that's a big flaw in the service considering that they charge daily deposit fees everytime a deposit exceeds $20.00 and as far as road assistance goes, you can save your money from one month of transaction fees and pay $40 for 1 year of CAA membership.
It seems to be conflicting and quitting all the time, and for some reason the desktop version or online mobile version does not allow you to do things that the mobile app does, like instant transfers. I hope it gets fixed again soon.
The developers is not qualify to do it. Need good team.
My experience with payfare is excellent. I don't have to wait one week to get my earnings. It has increased my potential and mindset to make more money on the go. The charges are friendly and am comfortable paying them because I have a deep understanding of the time value of money and the opportunity cost for your money to be idle; and when you don't have access to it instantaneously. Payfare value proposition is almost or totally inline with uber; freedom, flexibility, convenience, on-demand ....
After this new update, app still cannot be opened.

Not happy with app at all too many issues and when call in customer service rep from Ottawa named Will refused to give employee #, rude staff, 3 days interact down making me pay more money via trying to find their atm to take money out as majority won't dispense more then $400 at 1 time big disappointment way too many issues still not resolved
Scam.... Stole my money for days when I needed it the most. Every time it was a different story with a new incompetent worker.

Very good for Uber partners
I'm not one to leave negative reviews but this app drives me nuts. There are a lot of glitches, most you could ignore, like if you change the pin number on the app like it allows you to you have to get a whole new card, which means you can only use the pin they give you, etc, but the one that refuses to allow me to e transfer is ridiculous. Their support team is absolutely no help. Use caution with this app, they're handling your finances and so far I haven't found them to be reliable.

If you are an Uber driver and are interested in signing up with Payfare, save yourself the trouble. The app user interface is terrible. Most functions simply don't work and those that do, do so intermittently. And remember, you will be paying premium dollars for their service, which is simply abominable.
Payfare is tremendously convenient. I no longer have to wait until once weekly to receive my pay as an Uber driver, now I can cash out in real time. The app itself is straighforward and money is transferred to your bank account within a half hour of making a request. I would highly recommend this service to other Uber drivers as well.
Good concept. Fast and effective response from support, But too much inconsistency and too many errors staying long time unfixed makes it unacceptable for a company one trusts with their money. ATM fee is too high for frequent cash users, option to cancel a pending e-transfer can be handy,
I used the card at a hotel , they took $300 deposit but they gave it back next day I called payfare after 3 weeks because it showed that I never got the deposit back the agent said it takes 90 days for hotel transaction so call us back after 90 days this is ridiculous.
The refresh does not work
This app used to be grand. Simple worked well. No complaints. Then the developer ruined it a couple weeks ago and now it is hands down the worst app. Refresh doesn't work. Cash out now works after logging in and out to verify. Seems like payfare wants extra 50cents? The only thing worse than the app are the plugs you have to talk to at support. If give negative five stars if I could!!!!
When I used my card at a gas station and a grocery store, the transaction has been duplicated in my transaction record. No longer use the card at stores because this messes up my accounting verification.
Since the update the app force closes all the time, as well the balance is cut off so you can't tell how much u actually have on the card
It was the best app so far. But it has become the worst app since the update. Worst app ever since the update !!
The new update is more like a downgrade. What's the point of having separate screens for login and password!? 08/01/17 they fixed it the app!
Just updated this app and everything seems to work fine now. Good Job on the new update.
The cash out now feature is so stupid Once it closes, you can't even load it again to cash out unless u wait 20 minutes

I use to be able to see all my expenses under Transactions, now all I see is the daily deposits? Is there another area to find my expenses on the card??????????????
New update keeps freezing and fingerprint scanner doesn't work. Needs to be updated asap.

Professional quality with a competitive set of features. Though a minor nuisance, there is an opportunity to improve. When I launch the app, I am notified that I've been logged out for more than 15 mins of inactivity. Thank you, I expect and know a Tier 1 corporation would take these measures. I was pleased to initially receive this notification, though it's persistent display is an extra step for me.
Payfare stole my money for days when I needed it the most. They are trying to survive on driver's earnings and yet the worst service they have. Most of the 5star ratings are coming from their own acquaintances.
Payfare is a complete joke! The customer service agents are truly adelescent and offer less than adequate service. STAY AWAY.

Very very very bad and the worst customer service ever, I don't know how the customer service team got hired. Highly not recommended to anyone .. Just waste of your money ... They get all the benefits not us.
