When I try to register, it keeps coming up with an error message

very poor app i did registration i passed all the procedure even i put my gold card number still payment method is deactivate.

Great Idea. Very Poor implementation. When you try to transfer money it asks What is receivers Country/Currency - then it brings you back to the Gold Card number input line ! Which is 'Optional' will not allow cursor to move to Currency Send/receive amount. Useless. A very sad reflection on such a large Company. Get proper App developers to reflect a Professional image of your Company. PS. And of course those with WU accounts already should be able to link their accounts without having to sign up again !!! What genius thought up that !?

Since I have account on the Web page I decided to give this a shot but It appears that big name doesn't mean that you make it perfect. No possibility to register every time telling me to write my name using Latin alphabet. But I asked myself what language I am using. Lol!

Stupid UI. Stupid layout, stupid theme, buttons don't work or don't let you know if there's a validation issue why you can't press a button. Complete failure.

Can you explain me the part Question and answer and why currency doesn't change only EURO is there?

Installed the app and proceeded to complete my details. Got as far as inputting my telephone number. ...and it didn't recognise my number. I tried using the country code as well, my home and mobile number...but unfortunately it didn't work. There was no prompt to indicate what format was needed. I am now going to un-install the app.

Not one of the few basic functionalities works, while I have a WU account already. It's a crying shame that a worldwide company like this comes up with a total crap app, while they expect us to trust them in handling our money. I prefer to deliver my cash myself. Uninstalled.

What a useless app tried to enter all 3 of my e-mail addresses to register just get an error message "not a well formed e-mail address".

Assumes the uk has the euro as it's currency. Absolutely useless

I am having problems filling in the online application i have repeat so many times despite filling in everything alright the app wo,nt allow me to change my personal information or banking method i had to uninstall the app it needs major work in its present form I would recommend this app to anyone

The registration needs to be simplified, specifically in relation to address details and post code. Who the hell knows the Latin name of their home town or city, for god sake! As for the postcode 2 letters, 2 numbers, 1 number 2 letter format, this is standard for the UK. But it told me that this was an error! This is a bullshit app. Definately wouldn't recommend it. Major improvement needed, starting with address recognition by postcode.

No reply have I got for verification, 10 Euro too is not deposited. .

This app is just some kind of rubbish because it takes your time for nothing it is never workable. You can neither sign in nor sign up. Just remove it if you can't improve it.

I have account, but I can't login, on my laptop everything work fine, but not all the time I have access on it, sometimes I need the phone to do money transfer, please revise you app and let me know if it will work, thanks

Im already registered on western union and i use the website online but on the app it wont recognise me. Very pooooor

I found the 'form' this app uses very difficult to use. Unfortunately the keyboard doesn't respond very well with the app and when I left the form to find out what was meant by a Gold Card all the information I had input was lost. Not user friendly!

I downloaded and every time I try to register says I have something wrong check it its ok and when almost done again, trow this app probably one I make it it will not even be helpful to me so No I don't recommend this app annoying not even worth a star

Most useless app I have ever downloaded. I can't login and the country comes as UK as default but when I calculate the amount the currency is Euro
