Can't even finish the sign up process at the start as it constantly says I'm offline whenever I try to proceed. On data and wifi. Tried restarting phone, still useless. Samsung S6 edge, lollipop.

Would be great to have a reliable app that works each time I want to use it. Payfriendz is incredibly temperamental. It would be advised to follow examples such as PayPal or Pingit for instant transfer to bank account. Very easy to use and understand. I rate the support team highly too; very helpful the two times I've contacted them to raise my limits.

App works well most the time. But you do get the odd occasion where it keeps telling me I am offline when I am clearly not. However, their customer service has always been very helpful and I have nothing to moan about them at all.

If i could give it 0 stars then i would, wont let me top up, withdraw, use my online mastercard or anything all i can do is send and request money then its stuck in my balance and cant do f*** all with it, dont waste your time, stick to the good old way of transfering money, this is a good idea but they have failed to execute the crucial parts all these 5 star reviews must be from people who work for payfreindz because its F****** W***!!!!

It's so easy to send and receive money that it feels unreal. But it is real. I can send money for coffees and sandwiches to colleagues easily without fumbling around for coins. Cash really is dead. Good one Paufriendz.

Had an issue with my account after inviting members, the support team were very helpful and the app interface is slick and easy to use. Could be the next paypal!
