Excellent app. I pay for Citylink and 5 Myki accounts all on one app and top ups are almost instantly updated to your account. Well done!

Use it for myki and eastlink great app had a couple of hiccups with myki saying it failed with transaction but took money not a big problem just annoying

It's annoying the you can't delete obsolete card accounts from the app. They stay there forever

Installed and gives me nothing but errors. Cannot even add an account without it generating an error.

Plagued with errors on every page. Can't add/view billers let alone login to anything.

Great app that has saved me heaps of time! Use it to top up my myki and Opal when I'm interstate. Thanks team!

This app used to work very smoothly. After several updates recently,the UI improves a lot but it does not work as well as before. I just did a recharge and I was getting error message about not able to get ref # from server, I thought the recharge was not successful as the message shown on the screen but the recharge actually went through.

Attempted transactions 1 of which was successful (as it clearly states on the history tab of the app) however excess money was taken from my account for the failed transactions. Contacted customer support and was told all 3 transactions were successful which is not the information I have. I would not have needed to make more than one attempt if the first was not declined. So my money was taken without me knowing and I'm now out of pocket right before Christmas. Never use this app!

So much easier than using the Myki website.

I use this app to get notified when my CityLink account balance is due and make the payment by a single tap.

Probably it is a technical topic related to the remote API, but it would be great if the recharge is realtime.

This app makes things easier, but its a pity it takes 24 hours for payments via credit card (i think that myki's systems) other than that its a great app

Easy payment

I mainly use Pay24 for keeping all our family's Myki cards topped up. I prefer to do this myself rather than rely upon Myki's auto-topup. This app notifies me when Myki money or Myki Pass drop below an amount that I choose. It also let's me top up from within the app so I don't have to visit the tedious and cumbersome Myki website. Thank you Pay24 team for making this process painless!

I cant top up nor refresh my account without a warning saying " The server did not respond to the expected information." I really like the app and its very convieninant.Can tou please look into resolving this problem?Is anyone else experiencing the same problem? Thanks guys

Love this app. So super convenient my myki and CityLink accounts. I also love the reminders when your account drops to low.

So much more convenient to check and top up my balance on both my myki and eastlink accounts and I haven't encountered a single problem with the app itself!
