Till now my account has blocked two times within 15 days and there is money in my wallet. Because of technical issues. and support team hasn't replying at all.very Bad customer service. Every time admin replies that 'please provide your contact number and our team will contact you' but there is no provision to register compaint and no executive contact you.I suggest to use paytm instead of pay1.

No refund return till date. I have pay 2 postpaid bill by mistake Clint direct no. On 13/4 for RS 270/- n 665/- I received refund of RS 270/- but RS. 665/- Refund not rec'd till date. I have sent many msgs n many call to Mr Mukesh n Mr. Anil (shiv store). But no solution till date. Very very dirty service of pay1 CO.
