Love Garfield, loved the app. That is until this past week. Ever since Monday 01/09 I can not get into the app. Every time I try, it keeps saying the app has stopped and kicks me out. I have taken the app off and put it back, I have even reset my phone. Still nothing. Please fix. Will give more stars when I can use the app again.

OK what went wrong?

Was great until the latest update but now the strip is displayed as a tiny block and unreadable unless you expand. Also you used to be able to tap the screen to clear the navigation icons to give more screen for the cartoon but that no longer works. Disappointing they broke something that did not need fixing.

This app was fine, up until this recent update. All you did was make us unable to remove that ugly interface! Now I have to read the comics smaller! I mean come on! I have taken down 2 stars because of this. Please fix this terrible removal!!

I see a lot of people having issues with the latest update. I don't know if the issue I have is because of that our not but the app actually works great for me. My issue is with the install itself. Where is the app icon. It doesn't show up in my app drawer...

As the other guy said, it was fine until a few days ago and now it won't open at all. You try everything to make an app work but it still crashes before it even starts. Please fix it, I use it every day. Also if you can make it so that it default loads the latest available comic instead of the "unable to load comic" screen, that would be great. Will rate higher when it works again.

9 times out of 10 I open the app and there's this message about having no Internet connection even though I do. I have to force the app to stop in order to make it work. Has been doing this on my last phone as well. Very annoying.

For a few days the app was 5 stars all the way. After it updated, the app loads, then as soon as I press any of the tabs, it crashes. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and I still have the same problems. Sad to say, that I will be uninstalling this app until it is fixed.

Yes it says it is designed for phones, but until the most recent update, I had no problem loading it on my Galaxy Tab 3. Please fix it so I can view it on my tablet again!

Does this "app" work? Yeh! One catch - it only works once every blue moon wearing a hat. The rest of the time? You've got better chance turning into Scarlett Johansson. Even if you are lucky enough not to be presented with a crash on startup, the app is pure garbage. *Very* outdated interface (which doesn't even hide after the latest update like it used to?), and it sometimes doesn't fetch the latest comic, instead presents you with yesterday's and says that's the latest one. I could go on and on. Garbage.

I love that I can read the recent strip from my phone... But, having to resize is a pain. Add that progressing forward/backwards randomly moves the resized strip which means scrolling to find. It also sucks that when I see something a friend might like, the app crashes as soon as I try posting to Facebook.

This app was perfect! Until recently. It keeps saying Garfield Daily has stopped, I send reports and still nothing has changed. I, like a few others, Uninstaller and reinstalled and still no change. I will update when... or IF.. this problem ever gets fixed!

Used to work fine until a day or two ago. Now it crashes as soon as I open. Love the comic but the app is horrible. For Pete's sake how hard can it be to make an app like that??

Okay, I'm giving it 4 stars cause it normally is a good app. But, as many of us had noticed, since the last updates things got all MESSED up. For me it says no network connection despite the fact that I am connected to the internet. I'm sure they're working on the issue and will probably have it back up soon. I do miss my daily Garfield fix though.

Was working fine until last update. Now, it keeps saying connection is down. I've tried to reinstall it several times but nope... Apps is broken.

App "unfortunatly stopped" every time I wan't to open it. I tried to install/reinstall, deleted apps to get more storage... really disappointet!!

The worst update ever did. Screen sizing? YES, exactly 1/16 size on the top left corner. Isn't it hard to make the comic fit to the mobile screen by default?

Have enjoyed this app for sometime. But in last few days have been unable to get into it. I see a recent reviewer has the same problem so it would be helpful if the app owners would respond.

Great app however now something is broken. Will) not load. I also have a totally different Garfield app. It has also stopped working. Perhaps the issue is external to the apps?

I used to love this app, but for some reason it has stopped working. Everytime i try to open it, it crashes. I've uninstalled & reinstalled it but it still won't open. Please fix.

It's worth 5 stars but since the udate it will never work. Are you just going to let it stay gone?

Worked fine up to the new update. Can't open app now. Says it has stopped working and kicks me out. I gotta have my daily dose of Garfield.

The app does not connect to the servers for over 5 days now. It's still broken. Use go comics. It works great and has better support

Love Garfield, Hate the App. App constantly says network is down even at full bars requiring a restart. Reinstalling, factory restore, endless restarts - nothing works and support doesn't answer. App also is not updated regularly.

Since the last update the app will not up, it simply crashes before it loads.

Has the app some problem? It's not working anymore?

Can you make some sort of save feature so it remembers where you were last cuz every time I exit the app I have to restart all over again

This app spends more time unable to connect to network. If it worked properly then it would b awesome

There are crashes once in a while when the app *thinks* you aren't properly connected to the internet but otherwise it works well.

I solved the problem of not being able to get into the app by uninstalling and reinstalling it. But now it won't let me see the comics from yesterday or today. It says the network connection is down. Please fix it and I'll revise my review.

This would be a 5, but we have not gotten new comics since 1/27/17. We only see the technical difficulties screen on both my wife's and my phone's. We have Nexus phones on Project Fi. Update: It is working again on 2/3/17. Yeah!

I love how the developer fix to retain the buttons on screen. Yehey it is now fully functional and great app. Kudos to the developer of this app. Nice and free!

90% of the time it never loads for me... and when it does, it says lost connection. *Update* 1/14/17.. app keeps force closing. FIX THIS.

It was good at first. But know I can never read garfield. It never works

KEEPS SAYING THE NETWORK CONNECTION IS DOWN! WILL NOT LOG IN ON WIFI OR ACTUAL PHONE DATA!
