I use this app with android 5.1 its was working great. But with android 6.0.1 clock is not sync any more.

but not so good for background. Need more user settings for background sync such additional intervals a few times a day but not hourly, sync on user present wake only, trigger sync on passive GPS fix intent, etc. For background sync, I'm sticking with ClockSync.

Thank you for this. It could literally save someone or some thing. Very important app and one of the best. Better than Clocksync , small size, no bullsit advertising, no annoyance, no resource hogging background services. If you rate this less than 5 please stop using technology.

It gets the time from the GPS (bluetooth GPS via Mock Location), but it does not update the system clock, even it has ROOT grant. Instead, it shows a toast command that I don't completely remember. Something like "read t_ date -s t_" .. Any ideas? I will appreciate a lot if somebody knows. I guess the read command should be getting the gps time and passing it via a pipe to the date command. But the command is malformed. This happens both in a Android 6.0.1 (Mi3) and 4.4.2 (Beelink)

I see no effect after tapping "Sync time" button. In GPS mode "Source status" keeps blinking after getting a fix.

I normally wouldn't have bothered reviewing an app that is no better or worse than its competitors but this developer doesn't seem to understand how a five star rating system works. Anything less than 5 is not a negative. A 3 is a neutral rating while anything less is negative and anything greater is positive.

It is better than the previous one I tried. This one allows manual offset (+0.200). I prefer to use a time server and an offset. This even seems to auto-adjust for tiny amounts on the fly. Not comfortable given any third party app root permission so this is more secure.

App works fantastic at getting the time correct from GPS on my android 6 tablet, it just doesn't apply the time to the system. Time clock remains unchanged. Yes, it asked for root and is granted root privilege... :(

It's great, as far as it goes, and as far as I can tell. I've only launched it once, and if there were suggestions as to how I might appreciate its wonderfulness better, I'd take them under advisement.
