Pause Away Messenger [Beta] automatically responds via SMS to missed SMS text messages and phone calls with your custom away message.
Pause gives you the tools to customize your auto reply. Driving? Sleeping? Studying? Playing the trombone? Cooking dinner? There’s a Pause for that! All you need to do is make one!
FEATURES

★ CALLS & TEXTS ORGANIZED: Open Pause while the app is running to see a snapshot of all your missed calls and text messages in one place!
★ EDIT: Tap “EDIT” during a live session to add time or update your auto response message.
★ SMART NOTIFICATIONS – See the number of received messages, remaining time and quickly End or Edit your pause from the notification bar.
★ SIMPLE ON/OFF: Finish your PAUSE any time you’d like by simply clicking end via the app or via our smart notification.
★ PRIVACY SETTINGS: Adjust Pause to only reply to text messages or missed phone calls.
★ BLACKLIST: Exempt certain contacts from receiving your SMS auto reply by adding them to your “Do Not Respond” list in the settings.

At first I thought Pause was just an auto-replying app, which it is I guess, but it's so much more once you start using it. It's a reminder, that it's okay to go out and enjoy the world around me, without worrying about how many people I'm ignoring on my phone. It's a tool, something that logs notifications and keeps people posted when I'm inevitably busy. And it's fun, bringing me back to the old days of AIM, when I would look forward to customizing my next away message. No more "brb", "hold on", or "busy." Pause has my back. Highly recommend and looking forward to see where the developer brings this to.

This app helps me not text while I drive and also has amazing sleep mode function that turns on automatically. I've tried many other auto responders and this is by far the best one!
