Coming Out LGBT Advice & Tips

Coming out as being gay, bisexual or trans can be one the biggest decisions you will have to make.
For some people it can be a positive experience, they can receive love a support from family and friends. For others it can be a traumatic experience. They can be ostracised by their family and friends.
Some have experienced physical violence or threats of violence against them. Others have been asked to leave the family home, while others have experienced difficulty at work from colleagues.

This app has been produced to provide practical advice for the LGBT community on how to Come Out to family and friends.
We have interviewed people who have been through this process, and compiled a list of tips and advice from these interviews.

There is no perfect way to come out, so you must be prepared for some rejection and ridicule. However, this app provides advice on how to cope with this.
