This update is making Tamil Browser to require the minimum of Android OS 2.2. Tamil Browser will no longer be available for download for people who use earlier versions of Android OS.
I am forced to do this due to a known bug in some OS versions. Although the problematic versions are only 2.0 and 2.1 (1.6 and less were fine), I am doing this to prevent people from wasting money on an app that doesn't work on their phone.
