Very bad app. Doesn't work. Can't select my pick up point. Should solve this problem before entering New markets.

Very very slow. Has lots of issues. The zendesk support plugin doesn't work. I was going to send them a note saying the bike rider on my first ride tonight took my call but didn't click "START" on his app. Then he just took 200 tk for a 20 min ride. I guess he bypassed the app to keep the whole fair in his pocket. You need to make sure this sort of things never happens.

Needs to fix bugs and most of the time it hangs

Pathao need to concentrate on their app as its turning out to be a suffering using it.

Hello Pathao team, it's a great app. But u guys need to work on your pickup point on maps.

Improvement should be done to see where the bikers are, so as is seen in uber app. At the end of the journey, receipt should be given like SAM app. These two improvements should be ensured

overall good service that I badly needed, but dishonesty of some riders cannot be overlooked!!!

Very bad maintaining. They only see their profit.

I've switched phone with same mobile number. After installing it on second phone the app doesn't load.

Worst mapping!!!! Dont show nearest path about destination!!!

1. should accelerate the speed of the apps, 2. should improve the conditions of bike & well trained driver.

Need to improve on location as well as need to show the riders availabilities on screen.

It's quite OKAY.

Best for dhaka city. Travel one place to another very easily and save valuable time.

1 star just for your horrible map! 80% places are missing. Your app can't locate the popular location which aste already available in Google map.

Very bad app and the service is worse. They don't reply to your complaints.

After the 2.0.5 update; UI looks pretty good but nothing showed up when a rider accepted my pickup request. and I was overcharged as well.

Very poor app and worst possible app for selecting locations. They are not even closer to Uber app. They should be penalised for launching such a poor app and for having very bad UI. They should have fixed those issues and then launched the car service. Being a local startup it's a shame for BD to have such worst ride sharing app.

Terribly slow at picking up location with the latest update. Fix this immediately.

সার্ভিস নিয়ে এখন পর্যন্ত সন্তুষ্ট।প্রায় প্রতিদিনই ব্যবহার করি। কিন্ত একটা সমস্যা হলো অলটারনেটিভ রুট সিলেক্ট করতে না পারা।পিক আপ থেকে ডেস্টিনেশনের দুই তিনটা রাস্তা থাকে।কোন সময়ে কোন রোডটা ফ্রি/ইউজে সুবিধা সেইটা সিলেক্ট করার অপশন নাই,শুধু ডিফল্ট একটাই রুট আসে আর ওইটা ধরেই এস্টিমেট ভাড়া হিসেব হয়।অল্টারনেট রুট সিলেকশন অপশন যোগ করা উচিৎ বলে মনে করি।

Really bad interface..... Gave me a promotion but didn't tell I had to use it before ordering the ride in their menu.... So I thought I'll use it next time but now the promo code doesn't even work....

This app is not as good as uber... this should be indicator of how bad it is. Moreover, there is no helmet for pillion riders. This is an unacceptable risk!!

Fare is damn high!! It should be reduced.

I can't apply promo codes at all. If promo codes can't be applied then why do you people keep sending the promo codes?
