Generally useful, but rough around the edges. Most times when I start the app I'm no longer in the view I was in when it was last open; it requires me to select the conference name again (why? it's for EA Global...). Sending messages to others takes too many steps. Adding a contact is not symmetric (it doesn't even give a notification to the other person, AFAICT). Overall it was useful to me only for looking at the schedule.
