They don't even look at orders made by this app. I don't understand why they still kept this online? Also, their customer care & service are totally poor and clearly showed me that they've already good business, don't want new happy customers... Really! WORST EXPERIENCE REPEATEDLY.

Well, no complaint about quality of papad as it's far better than I expected. My problem is completely with their customer care person who handles the given cell number. They have WhatsApp activated on that number. While giving opinion about papad thickness issue and along with that, appreciation of quality, I got no response for days. Then after few days I got some response but it was full of illiteracy and no one can understand what was written so I asked for clarification of that response and you know what? I got blocked on their WhatsApp. :) Now what is this called? Customer care or something? I want this comment to be read by the owners of Patel Papad so that they can know about the issue and this poor rating. That was not done, that's all!
