Worst app ever. DO NOT PAY through this app - better select Cod Option. I paid for my order and then after the payment was successful it got stuck. I paid through UPI. Now when I tried to go back it automatically cancelled my order and did not even issue a refund. Worst experience.

Worst products ever. I have serious doubts on their source quality and licenses. They don't manufacture goods themselves, they outsource to third party and just label their brand and fool ppl.

Network problems all the time. Rest of other network things run fine. I want to buy Ayurveda, herbs books and this app cannot even go to section publications. Kripya thik karien warna log kuch bhi kharid kaise paenge?

Dissapointed with app... there is so much lag (no matter you use 100 mbps or more) . CART - removes the product if you goback to shoping after adding product... its better patanjali should sell its product on Flipkart

Need improvement this APK as soon as possible First .. always network issue .. Second delivery option in days ... like kab tak delivery hoga in location wo pehle show krna chhaye ...nd product is good ....plzs next update me including two options ...in within day get my order of products ...

Recently i ordered from the website and as i got them from local patanjali store i cancelled the order before dispatch, as per your website if order cancelled before dispatch refund start immediately but no sgin of refund its alredy 4 days.. Mailed and called repeatedly but still no response... Please help hope At least indian brands dont do this

Delivery took so long that very purpose of the ordered consignment was defeated. Twice wrote to customer service during this period but there was no response at all.

Sbse chutiya e commerce app hai na koi customer care number hai koi complain Ni raise kr sakte yaha just lootne ka kam hota hai it's better go to the nearest dealer buy from them don't waste the time here products are not delivered don't buy from here.

The cheapest app it takes charges for cod exclusive of shipping.60rs is the shipping and cod charges.I ordered a atta noodles pack of 38 rs it charged me 68 . Cheapest app ever

Love Patanjali Products! Continue to improve this app Always keep it update with new products! Improve Online Shopping experience also! GodBlessU... There are many new products in Patanjali stores but not enlisted in app. Kindly update all the products. And there should be separate window for newly launched products .

Awesome initiative by Patanjali. This is a great app. I'm writing this after 3 successful orders. All my orders were processed quickly and they were delivered within a few days. Excellent packaging ensures goods are damage free. Very convenient. The only suggestion is to keep maintain the product supplies. A few products are more always available. Overall in a very happy customer. Keep it up Patanjali and Babaji.

The No.1 worst than worst app is patanjali.. even though having 50 Mbps net connection,it shows no network, connection error,no sign in,no otp immediately,if I try now then it give otp next day, who's that idiot designed your app?I think you people not giving money to those developer for maintainance, that's why this situation,if not the developers are waste in this segment,ashame their self, so many users complaining about this from so many days,but still you people does not have sense to resolve the issue,shame on you for maintaining this type worst app. Being a indian company you removed the value of indian companies.every one shows this as a example how indian companies,you people not able to maintain small app,how you running a big company? Shop price too high rate all product rates much shiping and cod charges .

Here some of products are costly for eg. mustard oil is of ₹115 but in app is it ₹120 , so why to buy from app and buy from any patanjali shop

I update the app but the performance of this App is still very bad, why this app run so slowly on 4G network of 100 mbps speed, it shows connection problem while other apps likes Flipkart, Amazon run quickly.....Please improve the app and fix the issues, other wise it is spoiling the reputation of patanjali... .I'm patanjali product user.....Please Do It Immediately.......

They have deducted the amt from my account and den cancelled the order without informing and no refund What kind of service is this No customer support no tracking no reason for cancellation and no refund and den they say be indian buy indian but service will be worst
