STUPID !!!!! You can't pay for front runner or buy a group pass on here what's the point. You can't even see when bus ect. leaves unless you want to know when it leaves an hour from when you put the start and destination places. Worthless in my opinion.

People jump to conclusions too much. This app works fine for both tracking and all levels of UTA (frontrunner, trax, bus, etc). You just have to take the time to understand it.

I like the concept of this app, but seeing as this is an official UTA app, I kinda hoped we could get pricing similar the fare pay cards which is what I use now. I only ever ride a bus and don't take Trax or Frontrunner and so I only pay $1.50 per fare with the card. I am paying full price with this. If you ever integrate something like the fare pay cards with reduced pricing I will happily use this app and give 5 stars.

Only TRAX, streetcar, and bus fares are available in this app. Disappointed that UTA chose not to offer more fares (FrontRunner, PC-SLC Connect, ski bus, monthly passes, etc.) available.

O70%
by O####:

No tracking and no ability to add eco-pass cards. If all you need it to buy a ticket, then it is fine.

Poor documentation on use and NO Frontrunner. You say "keep your transit experience the way it should be". This app does NOT do that. Waste of a download.

No option to buy a ticket for Frontrunner. Insecurely uses pin instead of password. Agreement saying you have no rights if it stops working = UTA Police ticket?

Needs compatibility with HIVE Pass and Frontrunner.

It's just restricted to route and estimated fare. It doesn't even show alternate route options. How lazy can the app developers be? Also I was hoping that there was an official app for the uta farepay card and also bus tracking option.

Z70%
by Z####:

Needs more fare options. FrontRunner and PC-SLC are missing. Should show real time tracking. Monthly passes would be a nice option as well. Needs some sort of security for card payments - PIN or fingerprint. App looks atrocious and needs Material Design overhaul.

Didn't offer a monthly option so not really worth it versus the farepay card.

Great idea, I wish I had this app a year ago! I'd also like to see an option to use FarePay credit as well.

Why no frontrunner tickets?

Where is the tracking option? That was a huge benefit on the UTA Tracker App. I could see where my bus or train is in real time. I don't need to plan every trip I make, but knowing that my next ride has left or is still on its way made that app worth having. I'm calling this app half finished.

No front runner or farepay support which is what I need as an everyday FrontRunner commuter. Unfortunately this app is uninspiring just like UTA's long term transportation vision. A solid 2 star effort. Download Google maps instead if you want trip planning. Skipping the kiosk could be cool if you're riding the bus.

Just used it. Worked pretty well. Bus drivers need more instruction though. I was confused about how the app worked, but the drivers were even more confused. They said they just needed to see the timer appear. Then I found the app also had the ability to display a QR code. Were they supposed to scan it? I did this instead of NFC because I've never used NFC from the bus before. I might use NFC next time just to see which is easier.

Wish it had the same pricing as the farepay card. Also wish the app would stop bugging out and loosing ny tickets. It wont load the page displaying my tickets. Otherwise quite useful for those who travel using the uta system.
