Add the abilities to pay for parking, or better yet give free parking for paid tickets. That'll be worth another star then.

You need the option to allow riders to buy a monthly pass or a day pass in advance of their trip.

The continuous updates on the app are helping small things that needed helping good job keep it up guys

Should have up to the minute bus and lightrail information. Uber, Lyft, BART can all do it.

Good start. Please add GPS to light rails with information on number of cars and eta. Needs a saved ride option so you can get status updates on your normal route. For example if gold line has a blocked track from 65th to 29th it will auto alert me so I can adjust my plans

The transportation that RT gives is such an awesome asset to the NORTH-SOUTH-EAST-WEST AREA'S of the SACRAMENTO REGION. I am a consistent rider. The only problem that I see is all these youngster and adult drug dealer's and gang members dealing drugs jumping train to train. Also, looking for girls and people who are vulnerable to their cause either to rob them of money or to be sex predators towards young girls and women. If this can be monitored by the security and SACRAMENTO PD I can see more customers.

Locks up and closes when I try and use it frequently, delaying the bus. Most drivers dont even know what to do with it, they just frustratedly tell me to sit down as if I'm cheating them. They never scan anything. You could make an animated file of a random clock counting down and any qr could de and they wouldn't even kniw the difference. Hopefully it gets better.

The app provides the option to use a credit card as payment but unfortunately you can only use a credit card and not a debt card with Visa or MasterCard logo. How ridiculous is this? This app can't be used by people who don't have credit cards or by those who don't want to use their credit card (because of course, you pay interest on $2.50 if you don't pay it back) and would prefer to use a debit card. Really unfortunate.

Its like a navigation software. I want to stand at a bus stop and use the app to find out when the bus will. Come. I want to be able to track the bus. I CANT DO THAT. Can the writer of code for this app call me so i can give them advise on makin this app great. Its complete trash. You can see the buses on the map but cant click on them to see which number they are. You can only see their 4 digit number. What use is that to me? TRASH

There are alot of missed opportunities to make this an excellent transit app for Sac RT, only opting to concentrate on the basics of fare revenue. Where's the real time bus arrival and general schedules that the main site provides? Why not incorporate Google pay into payment options (which could help with the debit card issues people are griping about.) What about transit alerts, and general news? All this app is doing for right now is wasting space on my phone. There's no reason for it to exist...

App crashes on reopen which causes delays when trying to get on buses. Has severely slowed my phone and will be uninstalled. Reinstalling will count as changing device and will disable your account if done 2 times. Nice try though.

As far as I can tell tell, this app doesn't do a thing. I tried to get routes and it doesn't even show me that. The mobile version worked pretty good but now I can't even find that. So this is one giant step backwards and has a long ways to go before it's even remotely ready to be released. I see this all the time, very poor programming practices if at all. I'm an ex programmer myself so I know crap when I see it.

App crashes when you try and bring your ticket up holding up the line and the drivers seem confused as to how to read the ticket

As an out of towner, I enjoyed all the features of the app, especially being able to buy and display tickets. Only problem I encountered was that whenever I returned to the app to display an active ticket, the app would freeze and I would have to close it and reopen it.

I only use this app for buy fare. The direction not as good as google map. The app easy to get crash. And I hope I can buy semi monthly pass or monthly pass on my phone too.

Likes: I like paying the day of travel or days before, and not having to rely on the pay machine at the station working or having to race to pay as my train is pulling in. I like the route time graph, it's accurate. Dislikes: doesn't recognize local station names, only the addresses. It also doesn't show station name to get off at when you transfer between train and walking and/or train and bus. The app crashes often when it's been closed and then reopened after tickets are purchased

I want to buy a monthly pass. Can only buy single ride tickets and daily passes. Still stuck going to a retail store to buy a monthly pass that's only good for a named month. I should be able to buy a monthly that's good for one month from the date of purchase.

This a great start for a really bad app writer. It promises WAY more than it delivers. You won't know what bus is coming, any delays, or get trip planning. Horrid!

Its great when you mostly use crdit/debit cards. However, the app crashes a lot so I buy my tickets then close the app and only bring it up when im boarding the bus. Also it seems that some drivers know what to do with it and others are confused or just annoyed by it. Either way. RT is headed in a good direction with the app. Just needa train your drivers on how to use it and fix the bugs.

Crashes a lot especially while trying to board the bus. Otherwise I like being able to purchase tickets and passes through the app

Love the idea of planning ahead of time, and paying for my fare! Trying to keep track of 2 kids, and paying is not ideal. Would love this, if it worked. I tried trip planning, just like I do on Google. RTs map locked up, and when I tried to zoom out and go back to where I was starting from, only to have my destination reset, was irritating, and this app isn't ready yet. Until I see more stars, and more satisfied users, I'll keep my fare money in a ziplock bag, and Google Maps for my navigation tool.

Using my CPU to the max, crashes, almost always have to restart the app to be able to show it to the driver. USING A LOT OF BATTERY! I want to use it but you guys have to do much better than that!

Loaded the app this evening with the hopes of taking a bus to work in the morning instead of driving. Can't buy a senior daily pass on a bus but the RT web page said I could purchase one with this app. However, I find that there is only 4 digit pin security and the app crashed while I was trying to read the FAQs and again while sending the error report. This is a great idea RT, but please find developers who know what they are doing. I'll check back in a month or so.

I used this once before and it keeps making my device run slower and it eats up the battery life like nobody's business. So I unistalled it and then reinstalled it to get a daily pass. Most of the drivers today didn't know what it was. And every time, I pulled out my phone to use it, I have to get through a bunch of messages that say that the program stopped working, and the occasional advice to uninstall the program. When I get home, I am uninstalling this program for good. Five stars? NOT!!

Great idea, but doesn't work on my Nexus 5x running Android N. I click on "create account" and screen just fades gray and nothing comes up to allow me to create an account. I tried "sign in" instead and it did the same thing.

I have no clue what happened, but I paid for 4 tickets at once and the stupid app used them all at once. So I basically used 4 tickets for one trip (you can guarantee I'm calling down there tomorrow to get my money back) DO NOT use this app. It will steal your money

Requests access to WiFi status, Bluetooth status, and SMS with no explanation and no obvious reason. Why? I'm not updating (to v1.0.2).

It's a good app when it's working but it hardly ever does. And I'm pissed because it's 06:09 and the driver of the 56 to crc told me that I had to get off. Because every other driver knows this app has problems starting they at least give you a stop or two so I asked for a badge or employee i.d number because i plan to report it and she said hella sarcastically "find it on your app". I'm done with rt, your service is garbage most of your employees are garbage you're just garbage

This never stays on for more than 15 minutes without crashing, requiring me to close it down and restart when the RT fare checker comes by, wasting everybody's time. Made more sense before RT started actually checking fares.

Most drivers barely know about it and if you switch phones it doesn't allow you to log in and you have to call customer service to reset it

It boggles my mind to think this piece of crap was approved and released. It says a lot about rt. It honestly is not worth one star.

Have to have an address to a business in the direction the bus is going. If your destination is on the other side of the street the app doesn't work.

All I get now is an error message that this app can not contact RT??? What becomes?? I pre-paid for tickets and can't use them now!!!!! S7 6.0

There is no option of paying Natomas flyer as advertised.

Horrible app!! I want a train not a bus. Can't pick a time in the future. And can't get a price for the ticket.

Got charged 6 times for tickets I never got... I'm extremely annoyed!

Needs work! No buses display on the map anymore and app crashes after phone screen lock is activated.

Love being able to purchase tickets in seconds via debit card or credit card and so easily! Thanks Sac RT!
