I did the update and my monthly pass went over just fine. My daughter also did the update but her monthly pass that i got her two days before the mandatory update did not transfer over. I got her that pass because school starts soon. So, basically i spent 45.00 on a day pass. I been calling them and emailing them and have yet to hear back.
The update to this new app caused me to lose the monthly pass I had just bought a little over a week ago and still haven't heard anything back
It sucks. Lost all my previous info. I wasted so much time trying to have my monthly pass recovered. Total amateurs who designed this app

I just started using this app a month ago and I loved it. It's a life saver on those days I dont have cash on me. This new update however comes with a convenience fee which bumps the fare from $1.75 to $2.00 not good customer service that some people have to pay more than their co-bus riders simply because we're using a tool provided by Suntran.
