EASY Pay Miami

One hard to find turnstile per station, many times broken. App freezes or crashes and doesn't open when there's no data connection. Active tickets are buried in a menu only available after you go to Buy Tickets. The active ticket doesn't always show the barcode and you have to click on another button to show it. Missed many trains trying to work around the many bugs and usability issues. The metrocard machines at the stations don't work any better with credit cards.

This annoying app keeps logging me out and then doesn't let me log back in. I always wondered who was the smart person who developed this.The developer of this app needs to update the APP ICON. its extremely ugly, this is not Froyo anymore. Also it doesn't let me change my email address. this the most communist app on the play store. should be removed ASAP

This app is garbage. The buses don't carry a scanner and it is a mission to show the bus driver. But worse, it activated 3 of my passes the same day and when I called the administrators to fix the problem they refused to give me my money back.

Super convenient, I don't have to look for a ticket machine anymore. Good job. Good for locals not for tourist though.

Not as easy as metro rails card system. Getting the scanners to scan your cellphone is not easy.

Could you please make the date bigger on the ticket screen? Buses don't have scanners, so they just look at the date to determine if my ticket is legit. The font is way tiny though, so making it larger would be great.

App decides to stop working and wants a verification AGAIN in order to let me access my pass. Yet it won't send the damn email worth the verification number. Stupid.

Great idea but being limited to one day pass is a bummer. Linking my corporate card would be great. For anyone visiting Miami but a bit useless for natives.

The only option seems to be a $5.65 one day pass. I assume this is for all transportation services. Most people will just want to pay for the specific ticket(s) they need because it will be much cheaper.

There should be more options alot of people don't want to be forced to pay for a one day pass. Maybe options like the booths have.

There is no option for weekly monthly or cash value. I will just stick to tHe website better

It works great when it wants to but once it logs me out I'm unable to log back in so I can't use my ticket. I get the message that I am using the app on another device (not my case, I just use it on my phone).

Liars and thieves, activated multiple passes at once when i called was told i would be refunded called days after to a bunch of bs and still no refund plus it was a hassle to scan at the train station

It made my trip to miami easy.???? I wish we would have this in nyc????

My card wouldn't take. I deleted and tried again. Still no differences.
