Cincy EZRide for Android
App showed the bus routes to take but didn't tell what zone tickets should be bought. Ended up having a wrong zone ticket and having to pay change for the difference/transfer. Developers should put some thought into the app.
I love this app. I don't have to carry any money on me at all now these days. I only gave it 4 stars though, because I believe that when you open the app, ticket manager should be one of the options along with plan route and buy tickets. I shouldn't have to jump through a hoop to get to my ticket.
This app is shit. they should have put this app in play store when the buses had the means to scan QR Code on bus ticket.this app sucks.Plus when I get a ticket plus a transfer. I still have to pay . 50 cents.I hate this app with a passion.Plus does cincinnati metro drivers even know about this app. And how it works
At no point does this app tell you bus tickets will expire in 5 minutes. I had my hands fairly full so I wanted to activate the ticket before I got to the bus stop so I could just pull out my phone when i got on the bus, but it had expired by the time the bus arrived. I had to buy another ticket and there was no option to get a refund. There needs to be a clear indication of how long the ticket will stay activated before scanned, otherwise it seems like they are banking on people to make these mistakes so they can pocket the money. Terrible and unintuitive app design.
No simple way to simply view schedules. Since the trip planner is terrible it wouild be nice to be able to just view the schedule. Integration with streetcar information is terrible.
The app constantly says no internet connection. What do I need internet connection for when I have data to use. I constantly have to restart my phone so I can show the driver my available tickets.
I always take the route #1 to and from my job because it drops me off right across the street from my job and picks me up less than one block from my home, yet this app acts as if route #1 doesn't exist and instead refers me to routes heavily crouded that aren't as direct. No wonder few people ride the #1 with an app like this directing people away from it. Why can't I just pick the route I want?
Please please please add the option to buy a child's fare. I ride with my 3 kids, all between the ages of 1 and 4. It is so hard to fumble around with a handful of coins and a stroller and shopping/diaper bag, all while keeping the little ones SAFE!!!
Someone else is using my account and overdrew my bank account. They do not have a 24 hour line to call and this happened after business hours. I'm completely screwed right now and have to wait until the morning to resolve this nonsense.
Its not that good. Alot of the time my ticket wont pop up. It just keeps saying please wait.
Almost a day since app stopped working .ennded up paying cash instead of using app.
Super easy to buy streetcar fares on the run.
use for buying passes regularly. has taken some of the drivers getting used to but haven't had a lot of issues with performance.
This app is poorly set up. It tells you what time to leave out the house as if everybody walks at the same pace. It doesn't tell you what time the bus come. You have to go to the site for that which defeats the purpose of the app to some degree
This app took my money then told me to call a number and I'm still out my money never again
I need a 10$ not accessible on this app
Why is there not an option to just view the map of the street car locations. Don't need to plan a trip or buy passes every time.
Makes ticket buying and using simple and waste-free.
I'll give it 3 stars. I would recommend not buying passes off this app unless it's an "All Day" or "30 day" . I had bought a "One way with a transfer" and was only able to ride one way. When actually buy a transfer on the bus it last for about 2hrs as opposed to 5mins...
Awesome, I don't have to remember quarters or buy a pass. Should add option to save favorite locations (work, home, school etc...).
Wasted $5 on bus tickets that the bus did not even accept. Dont ever use this app. Waste of my money.
Drivers do not know or understand how to use it. I am not even sure if buses in less then affluent neighborhoods are even able to use it.
This app is great!! Just what I'd been waiting for! An option for a child fare would be good but not a deal breaker.
Its great on the go!! Perfect!!
I planned a trip the day prior to going to work and this app gave me the wrong information. Which made me have to call off from work. I don't think this App is quite ready yet, because it lacks vital information that can hinder people who rely on public transportation for work and other means.
I don't have to bring cash or get a pass, awesome!
Simple interface and easy to buy tickets.
Easy to use, handy
Does not allow you to look at entire schedules. So you truly have to depend on the app to give you bus tires and most of the time it is incorrect. I hate this app. The only reason I am going to generously give it 2 stars is because you can successfully pay with a card from the app. I am very disappointed in metro on this one. The website was more helpful than this app.
This app is unavailable for my LG device. I would love to be able to use it, my roommate uses it. But it is not compatible with many devices.
I use this app almost everyday when I head to work, rather easy to use but I noticed that some times it dosent like my card or it tends to use more then one bus fare, hopefully this gets fix down the road but other then that, it's a pretty chill app, I'll recommend this to those that would rather pay with their card then cash
There is no way to zoom into a bus stop and look at real-time info. This app is worthless.
Love it just started riding the bus again never have to worry about getting change have used several times never had any problems using love it
For me, a new public transit rider, it was pretty difficult to understand. It also didn't give ALL of the options to get where I needed to get to. Found out later another option for my trip was to walk several blocks to get on an express route which would have gotten me home quicker. There also should be the ability to save a trip. If you exit out of the app, your route vanishes. Good thing I REMEMBERED where it said to get off of one route to transfer to another!
I love that you can buy tickets with one click. Awesome service. The map is great if you know where you're going, not so much if you don't. I personally love it, but I can understand why it would be frustrating for a lot of people.
Been waiting for years for something like this to come out. I haven't had any problems so far. I hope it gets better over time.
This app sucks balls.i bought a ticket and the bus driver wouldn't take it.it took me a minute to figure that you must flip the ticket to get the bar scan.then he took it.please have a tutorial on how to use the app.pluse when you buy a ticket and use it you only have 4:00 min. To use.should be like 10:00 min.
Hope they fix this app because it could be a really good tool..
Functions for navigating the app screens don't work well.

Work's , but, it would be nice to have my two-year-old ride for free since she's not even 30 inches tall but they're charging me every time she gets on the bus! Not only that but, it doesn't tell you what the zone is, and there is no alternative routes than walking a mile & a half in a bad area of town to get on a bus 20 from Winneste Ave. All the way to Kingsrun Dr. and Winton Rd.
