Overall the app is good, wonderful when you have no change. It does annoy me that each time I use it I have to reset my password so if that could be fixed. I would like to see the following changes; parking code should be available for look up based on location. Make the code on the side of thw machine larger and place it in a more highly visable location.

Great app - no issues so far. Very convenient, love that I can top up when it provides a reminder. Would be nice to be able to top up for less than 15 minute minimum (5 min? 10 min?) - but it's not the end of the world... The $20 start up charged to your credit card also isn't ideal, but I use the app enough that it's not too much of a problem

This app does not show all available Green P Parking. I have several around my house that I use and the app doesn't show any of them. Also use green P when going to friends houses, also does not show on the map. It would be nice to pre plan Parking when going somewhere in Toronto and this app fails miserably at doing so. Only good for paying really.

Better than credit card but still 5-10 years behind other cities. Why no GPS location suggestion of where you are? Why does authentication failed so often? Why does the alarm only work sometimes? Why does it take 8 steps to pay each time, there should be a "we think you are here confirm and we will bill you an hour or click customize" option.

Stupid city of Toronto render app useless. App is very well done and great idea. I now almost enjoy paying for parking. Fighting all these tickets after paying for parking is not fun and renders this app useless and a bit of scam. Will be reporting this scam to Google.

The app is ok with some minor limitations such as the $20 minimum for infrequent users. However biggest pitfall is some parking officers are not properly trained to see cars that are paid via the app. They will still try and ticket you under the next (more expensive) offence they can find on their system. GreenP customer service was of no help when I reached out to them. Not worth the risk in the long run if you ever run into issue just once it will cost you more hassle and stress to file for dispute.

I love the app no more fighting with broken machines or fishing for change. Love that I can extend right on my phone. Only suggestion show cost calculation prior to pressing submit when using choose your duration option.

Hey Green P, are you even listening to customer requests and improvements? We need more features. People hate the minimum$20 credit requirement, but there's a way to make people okay with it. Add 3 features; 1. The ability to end parking sooner and get the credit back. You've already taken the money so issuing a credit.back to the clients Green P account (not credit card) shouldn't be hard. 2. Transfer current parking time from one meter to another. It's like crediting the account be just a straight transfer. 3. GPS HELP us find the right parking machine code!

A lot have thought has gone into this app in terms of U.X. almost ticking all the boxes. Although the payment process is often slow, and usually times out when it is.

Saves time and no need to carry change! I have heard horrible stories about paying for parking and still getting a ticket.... Since you can print your history online I hope fighting any tickets would be easy. I agree that with no gps feature to find this parking it's annoying. When it rains you can pay for parking from your car and don't have the back & forth. So far so good! Agree that paying $20 upfront is annoying.

On street parking is extremely helpful. But the app pops up over other apps when your time is almost up. This is extremely frustrating when it covers up your driving directions!

Good app to have in TO. However, there's a bug in the app for the Note5. Add a credit card before creating profile and it won't recognize the card when making a first use payment using the initially set up card. Add a credit card as part of the first payment process and it will work.

There no ability to terminate a parking session early, and receive a credit for the unused time. You can only extend. Years behind other cities. GPS would also be good to leverage.

Great app overall, have had no issues with it and love how convenient it is to use. No longer have to park, pay and return ticket to car.. saves me time and I love it !

It was a great idea, amazing even! Loved how convenient it was. But unfortunately my account seems to be hacked due to my credit card being frauded conveniently the day I opened an account through this app. Would be nice to get a refund because of this, but in the meantime will use the remaining funds on the app. Once it's more secure, would like to try this again.

This app is extremely useful and easy to use. I dont like the fact that you are charged a credit of $20 right away. It should charge your credit card the exact amount everytime you have to use it.

It should give you more options on the time extension like 5 or 10 minutes instead of half hour.

Don't like that I had to pre-pay for parking but it is a very easy app to use and it works. So not bad

No more fumbling with putting tickets on the dashboard. No more stress about time running out. It literally adds to the quality of my life.

Quick payment. Love option to with paypal. Sometime i dont get notices when parking expires. Map showing green p lots could be better, flags arent the great

Finally! No more worrying about having change or getting out of bed to feed the meter. And it saves so much time. Just park and pay on the go!

Where have you been all my life? This is what all apps should be. They solve a practical problem, they're easy to use, and once you've got it installed and setup, you wonder how you lived without it. Well done.

Works ok so far. Was handy in the rain. UNNECESSARILY HIGH minimums. Should be able to purchase meter allowable minimum time for quick errands.

Its good , 3 stars because changing method of payment is such a pain. Adding from my PayPal was impossible until I delete my credit card.

I only planned to stay 1 hour. I extended it three times. If I had to walk all the way back to the car I would have left. I think this is great for the businesses in the area

You have a bug in the app that prevents me from using it to pay for parking. Every time I choose the card that I have balance on to pay for parking it just reloads the same screen...tried uninstalling does not work. Please fix or give me my money back, still have credit on account

Saves me a bunch of time. Easy to use. Really like the timer count down until your time runs out!

Such a horribly designed app. Only slightly better then standing in the cold waiting for the ticket machine.

I haven't had any problems using this for street or lot parking.

It worked and then stopped as it does not allow me to access CC payment, costomer service said they sorted it out and I did a few things but still nothing, pity as it's a good Idea

Absolute trash. Doesn't work properly, cost me $30 in a ticket now.

It's a very convenient app, love it! It would be more awesome if you could do refunds on the amount you don't use ;) e.g. pay for 2hours, end up only needing 1hour, and so get $3.00 back on the account :)

Amazing app I use it all the time! Makes parking fast and easy. Love that you can top up on the go if need be.

Couldn't the app figure out my parking location with the GPS on my phone instead of me having to manually enter it?

Holy crap the permissions. Also, no Google Pay payment method. I don't want have to change another credit card when it expires.

At first paying was very fickle. But more reliable now. Is definitely more convenient than credit card.
