The app crashes every single time I use it. To be clear, it works fine for parking and payment. I've had no problems with that part. But once my parking expires, I cannot re-open the app to park the next morning until I go to settings>apps>force stop, and then I can use it again. I repeat, this is not an occasional problem. It happens every time I use it. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times. Same result.

I've personally have never had a problem with the app. I also don't understand why people would be complaining about the 20 cents fee. The app allows you to pay your meter without having to go back outside. In the winter it will definitely be helpful, I wouldn't mind paying 20 cents to not have to go out in the snow for a meter. People just love complaining.

Used it on multiple meters. It charged me but no time was put on the meter each time. Ended up having to use coins anyway. Plus there's a convenience fee. Would be okay if it actually worked but it just took my money. Deleting immediately.

The app does not notify you when you enter a space to park at the train station and the spot is reserved. They will gladly take your money and you still get a ticket. You need to put a warning up when you enter a space number that is reserved by someone else.

This app sucks. Constantly crashes I couldn't even pay my ticket on time because the app and website never loaded properly and constantly crashed

Why do I need to download another proprietary municipal parking app and share my personal information with another insecure source? There are plenty of existing parking apps to choose from.

Works every time the way it's supposed to. When the time is up however, it freezes until I manually shut it down.

The new app is too complicated and takes too many steps to pay to park you should also be able to look up the parking zones rather than just use the signs

This is an awful app that I've used for 7 months, every day, like an abusive relationship, dealing with their assault on my time, money, and happiness. Here's why this app (and company) should not exist. 1 - Their app is buggy, often not giving you a notification when your time is up. (To attenuate this, I add a notification to my calendar for when I have to refill my time) 2 - The app, after using it close to every day for months, completely screwed me by showing me a confirmed payment screen (the countdown), only to then dissappear from my history screen (crashed, presumably), and not show any record of it (it didn't register my payment at all). Now I'm sitting with my 3rd ticket this month, the other two (and all before it) being from not getting the notifications that my parking expired (which I now have a system for). 3 - I called their support regarding this issue, only to get an unhelpful agent who kept thinking I had an issue paying (despite looking at my history and seeing my 5 payments from yesterday, and hundreds from the past few months). I was eventually transfered back to White Plains, then back to Passport. 4 - Passport never answered the support call again, I tried 3 times, around 3pm on a Tuesday. This company, and app, are awful. Ps, I have an update pending. They should have alerted me to that in the app, not waited until I came here to write this review, if that's what caused the issue.

Full of crap. Charged me a fee for the use each time and for some reason I got charged for 4 hours instead of an hour and 45 minutes. It sucks. Another way of them taking your money

Amazing app

Comes in handy when on the move and you don't want to stop at the meter to pay. The app would be much better IMO if you could have favorite zones and rename zones so they're easier to identify later.

Incredibly convenient

Couldn't figure out the utility of the validating merchant's list, though. Most of the problems are matters of policy rather than the app. It would be nice to add less than 1/2 hr at a time. The kiosks let you add 15 minutes on a credit card with no penalty, why not the app? $ .20 convenience fee is simply gouging. The timer alert is useful, but making it customizable would be even better.

The app is okay but they don't alert you. They used to have a particular alert sound, it was a car beep, different from my other alerts and I was able to tell if I was running out of time. Now, nothing! I have all the right alert buttons on and still nothing. and they don't seem to know what's happening at their end. They tend to blame it on your phone rather than on themselves! Perhaps I should send them the tickets I received because of lack of notification and see how they react!

Every time I'd try to pay with card it just gave me the page for a new card number and not my saved payment. Nowhere would give me change either, Dinner plans ruined

Horrible app. Charged my multiple times for one session and same spot, all after app said it couldn't complete the charge. Yet another way WP Parking steals money from its customers. Do not use this app

When I go to pay, and submit payment, it says "cannot connect, check your Internet connection". When I came to play store to put negative review, noticed update avail, despite I have it auto update. I update app, and go back to app, now it shows that I already paid for parking! Looked for customer service link, none in app.

Takes way too many taps to start a new session compared to other parking apps. If I lose my phone, there are plenty of better ways to steal from me before I can lock it than running up a tab on my account for parking!

$0.20 penalty each time you park? This app offers no value to the user whatsoever.

Charged multiple times for the Same spot/time

Relied on this app to extend a parking meter, did not work; it still took money from my card, and I got a parking ticket. Do not recommend.

This program is well built however charging a "convenience" fee for every transaction this day and age seems like they really want to milk you for all your worth. Thank you for the convenience but walking to the meter is fine for me.

Fast and convenient!

Easy sign up and quick easy use. Definitely easier and faster then having to call them to add time. Also has a nice reminder of how much time you have left.

Very helpful app to pay for parking at the white plains train station especially when I am a hurry and there are people waiting at the pay stations.

I am unable to create an account. Every time I type in the 3 digit verification code that is either emailed or texted to me I get an error message.
