What a joke. I used this when taking my sister to court, it took more than two hours and it would not let me extend the time, it would not allow me to use a second session on the same parking spot. I had to leave the courtroom, move my car and attempt to find another spot and get back to the court. I can only imagine what consequences this would cause for someone who actually had court that day and not just a ride. I absolutely DO NOT recommend using this app EVER! Get the change so then at least you can quickly walk out and add more time rather than moving your car in a busy area during a busy time! How this app has 4.0 is beyond me. They must pay people to review this joke of an app. They won't even allow you a refund if you don't use the full time!

Won't let me extend? Hate hate hate this app! Did you at least look at the functionality of the qp app as you designed this one? No QR code reader, clunky input, what is with the zone then space. Really? No extend parking time from my phone? No 15 minute increments? You tossed everything i loved about old app. Up your game people, this is our city, at 2 bucks an hour we demand better from you! Google, let me rate no stars!

Who ever made this app probably has a bedtime. Worst design ever and never has the right times or days. If I throw my shoe at the keyboard it would have made a better designed app.

I like the convenience, but if your registration is expired when parking, rest assured that parking enforcement will make a B-line to your location to ticket you.

How could anyone screw up such an easy concept?! Salt lake will not spend any money that takes away from their leash holders...the mormon church.

Needs qr code scanning like the old system. Pretty fast otherwise.

Could not authorize our credit cards from Canada even though it's still MasterCard.

It works, but it takes me 22 clicks to enter my PIN, Zone number, Parking slot, what type of stay I want, how long, what funding method, select the funding method, accept terms. Have to say it is quicker to just use the kiosk curbside

I don't have to stand at the kiosk in the cold! I can pay for parking while sitting in my warm car.

I would definitely like the ability to have less than one hour for parking. All I wanted is to park for 10 minutes, grab my food and head on my way. Without the NFC or QR code abilities, the convenience of this app sucks. Without the ability to extend the parking time from the phone is total horse crap. Get your parking app together Salt Lake City.

It does what it's supposed to without useless distraction. Super smooth UI and way easy to use.

Got a new phone and forget about this app till I needed it. Parked and could not make the app verify. The next day the app would still not correctly verify.

Apparently this app is replacing the old qp app. This is an app that might have potential and seeing that it is just version 1.0, I'm willing to wait and see if it improves (since I have no choice). The design is clunky and amateurish. Why do you have to enter a zone number? It's a SLC parking app. It just works in SLC right? On the qp app you could easily extend your parking in 15 min increments. Why not on this one? My suggestion: Hire someone from qp that can show you how to design a parking app right. Theirs was infinitely better.

The lack of a QR scanner really sucks. You guys really need to bring your game up. QP was easy, quick and intuitive. This is clunky, poorly designed and obnoxious. Fail!

The old parking system, with the QR code and NFC capability (this one has no NFC), allowed me to pay in fifteen minute intervals which is reasonable. This one ONLY does parking by the hour. Say I pay for the minimum of one hour but use ten minutes, then another dude does the same thing, the city has forced me and the other guy to give the city a double-profit. Expand that out to a spot only being used ten minutes at a time over an hour, it's a HUGE markup on a necessary service for some of us. It's BS.

Cannot extend with the app? Really. What is the purposes. A count down till you get a ticket. Quick pay way much faster easier to us and you could extend via text. Guess I will have to give my money to private parking
