App is awesome if you don't need customer support. I accidentally plugged 3hrs while trying to transfer phones. I was redirected 6x's and still no help on just trying to ask if they'd be willing to refund. I also can't transfer my account into another phone so I'll be discontinuing use as soon as my phone contract is up.

I don't like being locked out after three wrong pin attempts on my own phone for an app that is for parking. Like is someone going to use my phone to pay for their parking? Also, it had connectivity issues when resetting the pin. And confirming credit card number to validate yourself when resetting is not only annoying but one of the worst ways to validate a person. Works fine when it works. It's annoying when it doesn't.

Don't care for the ability they have to double dip if I don't use all my time.

Wish the meters showed the payment and there was a way to check meters since some of the meter screens are so sun bleached they are unreadable.

I don't have to fumble for change and can set it from the comfort of my car. I also appreciate the reminders when my time is about to run out.

Could be better if it gave us the ability to be more precise in how much time we really need as I don't like over paying for parking.

Quick, easy and you can do it from inside your car when it's cold or raining.

Unable to pay citation because their app keeps crashing and is unable to find my citation number.. when trying to scan with camera portion of app it will crash. Needs fixed. Also bugs when trying to pay the meters it won't register my card so I will have to click back and then forward for it to appear.

If you can't actually pay the citation online or on the app then why give the option?

Way too many taps to pay for parking! Why do I have to confirm that the parking meter won't be updated (everytime) or choose zone cash or credit card and confirm it again.. It takes 7 steps to pay for parking...

It currently takes too many taps to pay for parking and is unclear about how to use up those parking dollars up. I bought some and the app won't let me use them instead of my card. It would also be nice if the app gave you the general area where you parked; perhaps assign a GPS location to every parking spot.

It's awesome that I can check my time limit from my phone and extend it if need be. It's perfect!!

I really like using the app to pay for parking. No more running outside to feed the meter.
