Corp ePassbook

Just unable to login. Till yesterday it worked fine. But today it just would not budge. I uninstalled and ever since unable to restart. OTP says getting generated but neither it's coming in my messages nor in my email. I am worried if my security is compromised somewhere. Very frustrated about this right now .

Now other banks providing recharge.. And other option and it is in old time... Still show Saturday as a half day... Worst bank app and main problem it is not updating from 25th of May

I am using my Internet user ID and mobile number but it's not signing up. getting "invalid user ID/mobile no " message..

- Not able to generate E-Statement - Closing Balance shows correctly but without supporting entries. - few Transaction are missing. -not getting old Account data due to new system update. -Online Payments need to reflect promptly as its E-Passbook.

OTP not generated when I enter my registered mobile number, & I tried so many times. totally very bad

The app is outdated, doesn't sync with your accounts passbook... Request for updating the software at earliest!

I can't get my account's statement in pdf or excel. It keeps on processing and then stops. I need those statements urgently! How to fix it?

When REFRESH button is pressed in PASSBOOK, the page goes blank. Pressing HOME button closes the app and DOES NOT RESPOND message will be displayed.

Til last week this aap was working fine now it doesn't update the balance i cannot c my account statement nothing. very bad do something

Well, its good that corporation bank is upgrading now, this app is too good. Now i don't have to go in bank queue. Only holiday list are outdated, Bye Bye stupid paper passbook.

Worst app.. i have been using regularly but passbook doesnt update...

I am giving only 1 star because multiple accounts not allowed . others banks allow multiple back account with single registered mobile number

This app should be based on account number, registered mobile number validated by OTP on mobile number. Everybody don't need net banking but everybody needs epassbook.

Can't get statements..Always says unable to generate .. what you guys do while designing the app , god only knows.. Please work hard else don't work @ all :)

Describe in Two words "simply useless". It sends out otp to mobile but when I enter the OTP it says invalid OTP. Can't even login

This app was fine until the recent migration of few branches. Passbook has been showing incorrect balances since. Update is essential.

U can get all account transaction details easily and it feels like real passbook only cleaner and brighter

OTP is invalid, that's all what I get when I login, however the update solved the issue **Edit- the update has brought the same problem back, click any button, all you get is unexpected error

This app used to be very helpful for keeping track of transactions but from the past few days it just says network error after logging in so it's become pretty much useless. Please fix it.

It failed to show its very purpose. No transactions are visible..

As usual yet another worst app from the technologically backward Corporation Bank. It's not surprising at all as I can see my account listed in account section but I can't view passbook for that account. Wow.. it's not showing in passbook section when I m selecting account to view.

Kindly update for for multiple account log in . In branch one person have to much accounts and his family so update for log in system to watch each and every account on in one mobile application.

Cannot connect its showing invalid userid/mobile number it is common issue all over already interacted with several customers ab8 the same issue and confirmed of same syntax

After Central system update, the app has stopped updating the transaction details in my account. I had to reinstall the app. One more issue that has surfaced is that I cannot generate any of the statements for any particular period. Please resolve the issues.

The worst App I ever encountered, trying to login for last two months and showing sincr for more than 30 minutes and then timed out. Same like Corporation Bank Web site.

Can not useful as its required net banking. If it open only regd mobile no then it useful to every customer who not use netbanking.kindly improve it like canera bank einfobook app

There is no option to delete the wrongly created personal ledger. Kindly provide the same in next update

I have to manage 12 To 15 accounts of family with Corporation Bank. But this passbook support only 1 account. Its too much troubling. It should support multiple accouts.

Worst app I have seen ever... Also they are levying unnecessary charges without any reason. Can't login event properly.....

I don't know why it is showing blank passbook. When I login to my account and see my passbook it doesn't show any transactions. It shows only a blank white page. Please fix this issue..

Unable to login from past 3 days. Uninstalled the application but to no use. Every time a message appears unable to connect. Developer team pls. Look into the matter asap.

Not able to login even with the correct credentials. Reset the mpin , even after that getting invalid credentials error when logging in. Please correct it.

My experience so far was very good but for a few days now the latest entry has not been made even though the transaction took place 15 days ago.

I am having 2accounts one in madikeri & one in koppal. I logged in the app with madikeri account & I am unable to add koppal account. It will be very useful if you allow to add 2accounts on same app.
